The way it’s felt and experienced will be different for each person depending on what’s stuck in the body as Density.

Density is the unconsciousness held within the energy body, it’s the accumulation of a lifetime and lifetimes of unconscious thoughts, choices,

actions, it’s living separation judging, blaming, controlling, living in fear and survival mode, it’s the self betrayal, the victim mentalities, it’s the anger, sadness… which is all

Part of the ego matrix that must be transcended.

The density is what has to be resolved fully to live as Pure Divine Love, and this is a MASSIVE year where all of humanity is being pushed through the dissolution process that must be worked through to keep moving through the Ascension process. As Ascension in itself is the letting go, unraveling full dissolution of the entire 3D world we all took in as real life, normal and “just the way life is”. Yet it’s all an illusion and we are being pushed by our Universes/Higher Selves now at a very fast pace to BREAK FREE of the Illusion, manipulation, ego matrix of control.

That’s why the outer world seems so intense, because the 3D world is collapsing in on itself to reveal itself which in turn fuels our awakening by seeing the truth and having enough, which pushes us to want to create a new more higher aligned world and reality to experience.

The frequencies are uplevelling everyday now and I know you can feel it. They can be experienced intense, chaotic, emotional and triggered or, can be experienced in full surrender and taking the time to truly look into everything presenting itself in our daily reality. Because that’s what these cosmic frequencies are meant to do, is push up all that no longer aligns on a soul level. The frequencies are so very PURE and that’s why the triggers, emotions, old stories, old ways and ego is so present, because Purity/Light lasers in on anything not of purity. That’s the biggest point of these ultra sonic frequencies, our Universe/Cosmos is literally orchestrating all of this for us all so we can all come Home.

This is the year humanity gets squeezed to keep moving through the deep processes and deep inner work that most avoid and only do once in a while. Treating the journey as  it’s some sort of fad or once in a while thing, and that the outside world of convenience is more important. Yet Ascension is the complete opposite of that, it’s the complete opposite to dipping our toes here and there when feels good, waiting for a full or new moon or solstice, or waiting till a full blown breakdown comes to do something about it all…. That’s the old way that holds us locked in emotional loops of hell on earth missing the point of the true journey.

Ascension is much different then the spiritual realms of “pre ascension”, it requires unwavering dedication and putting our process to keep moving forward. It’s  not at all “skittles and rainbows” like the earlier phases of spirituality where it’s ok to play around, be fluffy and avoid the deepest of deep inner work, is spending all day everyday looking deep inside to see what’s out of alignment and then doing everything possible to resolve the density and unconsciousness held inside.

There always density to deal with, if you ever feel off, angry, upset, triggered, tight, emotional, confused, having panic attacks, anxiety then that’s a big sign that your being shown your distortions, buried traumas, karmic loops, programming, ego, conditioning (density). That’s the first sign that there’s things to be looked at and resolved from a much higher place within. These feelings are coming from what we can call “contracted energy”. When our field gets contracted/squeezed all the density and distortions start coming up, that’s when we are meant to realize and acknowledge that we are being gifted the opportunity to see and feel whats gotta be worked on and resolved, not avoided. But this is when most turtle, go small and wallow in self pity or emotional loops feeling it’s just a “bad day”, yet it’s never a bad day, that’s just an unconscious perception and belief  fed to us all from the 3D manipulated illusion so we’d never deal with ourselves and stay fast asleep in the amnesia.

We’ve been taught that when things are feeling contracted, intense, challenging and squeezy, that it’s something to avoid or wallow in, yet we are meant to do the complete opposite of that, we are meant to step into our power and face all that’s coming up, to push past the laziness, the avoidance of FEELING it all, to push past the old ways of deflecting or coping. Coping is not what we do in ascension, that’s a spiritual process that gets left behind or we just stay stuck looping in the same density, programming, emotional loops over and over while our realities collapse in on us. When nothings going our way and everything is breaking down, not working in our favour over and over…  it’s because our universes are collapsing our reality to make us choose a new way, the harder it gets the more we are being guided to make BIG CHANGES and start stepping into it all and looking deep inside for answers.

The answers are always inside, but that requires inward/meditative time, staying aligned, connected all the time and the willingness to see, feel and face the truth, our truth. Everyone is trying to “manifest” yet most don’t understand there’s a much deeper process to it all. That to truly manifest/materialize higher timelines to experience, we must BECOME the frequency of what we are calling forth. Which means we aren’t wallowing or avoiding the distortions because that’s abiding and very low frequency, we are acting on it all as it comes up because the density, distortions being held in place/avoided are whats actually BLOCKING from materializing and manifesting. Most don’t realize that when they ask for “higher timelines” whats really happening is we are asking our universe to show us the density that need to be resolved FIRST to actually materialize what we are asking for. That’s why so many get confused when manifesting and then their whole world gets intense and triggered instead of getting what was asked for….

Our Universe/Higher Self is always giving us exactly what we require and ask for most just don’t know how it truly works, there’s NEVER an accident of what comes into our reality, it’s ALWAYS what we require, yet we’/humanity has been deeply conditioned to run avoid, pretend it’s a bad day or not meant to happen like this which always has us missing the point of WHY our reality is collapsing and getting very intense.

It’s all about starting to acknowledge that ANYTHING and EVERYTHING being presented in our reality/field/daily life is a direct reflection, mirror of what WE hold inside as density. Our mission is to recognize that tight squeezy, contracted, emotional is our QUE to pay attention and do something about it or it all just keeps getting more intense until we take a much more conscious approach meaning to walk into and face everything coming up with LOVE, APPRECIATION, GRATITUDE for the OPPORTUNITY to see ourselves and what we are required to clear, resolve from our body. Because our body is where all the density is coming from, our density is whats CREATING our daily life and what we experience and HOW we experience it. Nothing is EVER random, that’s all a facade meant to keep us from doing the deeper inner work so we stay lost as slaves to a purposefully manipulated world, a world created to keep us all lost and confused and stop us from Awakening/Ascending and taking our world/reality back, to stop us from becoming PURE DIVINITY again.

Because when we truly catch on and  keep working through our stuff on a soul level not a surface level, we become SOOOOOOOO VERY POWERFUL BEYOND MEASURE and we then STAND UP and leave the 3D unconscious world behind, no longer feeding it and helping it stay in place. We then begin creating a new PURE existence without the need for the convenience, material items that keeps people “addicted” to 3D. We then also do EVERYTHING to share how we broke through it all to assist others out of their inner prison/inner hell. Because the inner hell is something WE each unknowingly created for ourselves living in a corrupted 3D world built to kept us living separation/ego and creating density instead of resolving it.

Now our biggest mission through Ascension is to completely resolve the separation within and lived from, and as we each do this we all become New Earth frequency holders, Gate Keepers, Wayshower  and become anchors, transmitters of divinity.  Guiding our brothers and sisters home BACK HOME to our natural state of Universal Source Consciousness.

Thats why we are being Squeezed through the energetic eye of a needle, to become our most POWERFUL PURE EMBODIED SELF, to become HEAVEN ON EARTH, not living in/as hell on earth anymore.

Loving our process for the gift it is no matter how intense/squeezy it gets  is the KEY, acknowledging we have an entire life of living a corrupted reality to resolve to become PURE DIVINITY again is the KEY, realizing that spiritual processes are only the very beginning of the journey and there soooooo much more beyond the spiritual realms to accomplish is the KEY, and getting up everyday with the intention of seeing feeling and resolving anything that comes up is the KEY….

WE ARE THE KEY to a NEW BEAUTIFUL world, it’s an inside job, the more each one of us become pure again through deep dedication to our inward process, the more the outer world shifts into sometimes much much more GORGEOUS ALIGNED and GLORIOUS.

We just have to stay dedicated to our process and break through all the noise, nonsense, avoidance, programming, conditioning, old ways, old patterns, old mindsets and go ALL IN to becoming the most EXQUISITE version of ourselves. Yes it takes a lot of energy and time to do this, but that’s WHY we are here, to BREAK FREE OF IT ALL, that’s WHY we are in the middle of a MASS COLLECTIVE AWAKENING and that’s the entire POINT of Collective Awakening.

It’s TIME TO COME HOME…!!!!

Just felt to share whats coming through as it’s time for change, the frequencies are only going to keep getting stronger and stronger to push us all to step up, that’s what the year of the horse signifies… no more playing around or it just gets more and more uncomfortable to experience. This is about re prioritizing our lives dedicated to love, truth, purity and to do this it requires integrity, and when we are dedicated all shifts and becomes easier, in flow and understood.

It’s not an overnight process, it’s the complete unraveling of an ENTIRE life unknowingly lived as separation, it’s one day at a time for years. The more energy we put into ourselves and our process the more powerful clear aligned we become on a soul level. It’s a very humbling journey, I call it the GREAT HUMBLING…

We chose to incarnate in Earth school to experience separation, now it’s time to REMEMBER and COME HOME.

Connecting with Gaia, nature, elements, helps us stay aligned, Alignment keeps us present, presence opens up the door to observing ourselves so we can catch ourselves and stop ourselves from getting caught up in the old, Big Love, Compassion for self, others and our process is how we make this easier moving through the process with ease and grace…..
