Ultra Potent Frequencies are off the charts bringing forth much needed change…

Feeling a BIG collective squeeze the last couple days, many feeling heavy, weighed down, tired, foggy, dreamy, groggy states, which is humanity getting up leveled HUGE feeling Tons of light codes activating massive upgrades within the field and our individual fields, shaking things up and getting us ready for what comes next, as we are moving into more squeezy intense times to keep pushing humanity Awake and out of everyone’s comfort zones.💎

As the frequencies get more intense now daily it pushes the intensity higher and higher, which pulls people out of their safe comfort zones and forces peeps to pay attention to what they are avoiding or ignoring because it’s all “too much”…

So the Universe in conjunction with Gaia are working as one to keep pushing us deeper into our processes, and all we are experiencing is happening very purposeful to keep us all moving forward/awakening as a collective. As if we didn’t keep getting squeezed most would just stay complacent and keep taking more “hell” and keep living in the “hell” most want to end… and things would never change and only get worse.

So day by day the cosmos/universe/Gaia aligns in different ways beyond normal old ways to push the envelope through very potent frequencies that “force” change, and that change is inner change which is what awakening and Ascension is all about. So as the outer world descends into more “perceived chaos”, it’s really a reflection of all of our inner worlds  distortions, beliefs, indoctrination, programming taken on from the outer world since birth that must be resolved from within. The more distortions, density, karmic we resolved from within, the more we open up and can see, feel the outer world just playing out as it has to, and we are completely detached knowing it has to be this way to push all to CARE enough to WANT to do something about it, which is the deep inner work. The more all dive deep into their inner work, the more the outer world changes too.

Big Upgrades for me take my body out and show me to relax and just BE to fully to allow my field to integrate the powerful Light frequencies. These are days that I play with Gaia, hang out with the trees, have a bath, sun charge, rest, slow down more than usual and allow the frequencies to do their thing. Although I do spend every morning getting aligned in nature to start my day anyways, I spend a lot more time doing this when upgrades are present as it helps the process a lot, doing things that support, nourish our body with light.

During big upgrades my body goes off line and I don’t feel like writing big articles but more just short shares if any while integrating it all, putting my lightbody first. It’s kinda like a pc computer when it requires a defrag to get all aligned, get rid of corrupted files and free up space and REBOOT for more awesome to come through. So I honor the experience and do things that don’t require being super conscious, surrendering and honoring the process.

For me lately these frequencies are beautiful soft and dreamy like waking in the clouds, while at the same time very strong and powerful through the body prompting big change in the way I do things/operate calling for more care of my sacred body/vessel/lightship as I am now moving deeper into my physical body Ascension Embodiment process. Finding all new ways to function as my body shifts frequencies and asks me to get more creative, show up and share in new ways, dig deeper within and become more Pure.

We always keep getting pushed to uplevel, never staying stagnant as when we get complacent our Universe, Higher Self jumps in and collapses the reality for us to push us powerfully out our confirm zone. If things are  breaking down in your life and not working like they used to, your being asked to shift in a BIG WAY, the old patterns, beliefs, ways are now holding you back, it’s time for conscious change, time to align your life to a higher path, frequency which takes energy and dedication beyond the egos need to find excuses. It’s about putting the journey, inner work first over 3D convenience, interactions, material things, “addictions” and become so dedicated that we do everything we can to become more conscious in every breath.

We are the change we seek, it all starts from within.., the more we reshape our inner world, resolve the density, karmic through willingness and conscious choice… the more the way we view the outside world changes and we begin to see beyond the limited programming beliefs we took on from the corrupted outer world that was meant to keep us fast asleep.

Spend as much time with Gaia, elements, nature as possible and you will be filling yourself with PURE LIGHT, aligning and staying connected within. It’s so important in these powrful times to stay aligned all day everyday, whatever it takes to stay conscious, full of joy and that beautiful heart wide open so we see things from the highest perspective. As soon as we are not in our hearts we don’t see that we are playing in unconsciousness. REMEMBERING Gaia is PURITY, she’s got no ego, that’s why when we get our feet on the ground or hug a tree we LIGHT UP INSIDE, it’s like hugging source itself…🧬
