How to navigate these New Mega Ultra Powerful Frequencies…..

The planetary, galactic, solar frequencies and gateways all working in concert with each other pushing and pulling us deeper and deeper into our inward processes to keep us all moving forward as part of the Mass Collective Awakening. Everything is speeding up now and Im sure your all noticing/feeling in your own ways that the intensity is increasing now day by day beyond anything humanity has ever experienced before… and it will keep intensifying to really push us through as many are getting lost in the narratives/illusion/propaganda meant to keep us distracted.

These frequencies are very potent, pure, deliberate, directed and everyone will experience them differently as each person requires for our own unique journey, sometimes very expansive, magical and other times very intense, contracted, squeezy, emotional as I will share more about later in this post, first sharing the bigger picture then sharing how to maneuver the energies through a deeper  understanding of WHY it’s all being experienced the way it is.

What the frequencies are saying through the intensity is NO MORE playing around, it’s time to put the time and more time into our inward process, it’s time for the human collective to Awaken and Ascend ourselves out of this corrupted 3D illusion, and we do this through DEEP DEEP DAILY INNER WORK. As Ascension is a very INTENTIONAL journey, not just something happening for everyone in the background. It requires us going deeper into the depths within than most realize and it requires full on dedication to our processes in ways most don’t yet understand or want to acknowledge, because it requires much more of our energy and time, it requires us to pull away from the addicted material world of convenience/desires/temptations/distractions and go deeply inward to face ourselves on a level incomprehensible to the lower mind/ego, which is that place where most don’t want to go and run from because it’s all “too much and too intense to feel.

What this means on a soul level is that it’s time to begin TRULY RESOLVING the unconsciousness/distortions/density/shadows held within our energy body, not keep coping and avoiding the deeper depths as before, because that’s part of why it can feel so intense. It’s time to begin releasing the control of the egomind which is what keeps humans UNKNOWINGLY living in separation and creating more density to have to eventually resolve. As ego is the true “matrix” keeping everyone UNknowingly living “hell on earth” as normal… being the UNresolved buried stories and experiences of shame, guilt, blame, lack, fear, control, division, judgement, better than, victim mentalities, anger, hate, jealousy, sadness, power over others… all stuck inside the energybody which is the density we hold inside that has to be FULLY resolved to keep moving through our Ascension processes.

The message is “it’s time to start living INTENTIONALLY from the HEART in every breath, step, action, choice, not keep living on auto pilot allowing the head/egomind/indoctrination to run the show” as was the OLD “normal” way for everyone up until now. It’s time to start living as Pure Sacred Higher Selves and become absolutely sovereign and FREE from within AGAIN…

Its also now time to fully CLEAR OUT the CHAKRAS/Energy-centers/Energybody because it’s what anchors humans into the lower dimensions until resolved which includes traumas, painful memories deep, misguided perceptions, programming, conditioning, old unconscious beliefs/habits/ways… because none of it can come with us into a conscious reality which is the actual point of Ascension and Ascending our Consciousness OUT of the 3D illusion. And not on a surface level anymore either, coping isn’t going to get anyone anywhere anymore because coping is exactly what it means, to “cope”… which is just a surface process used to get away/run away from the intense “yucky” feelings, missing the much bigger point of it all and WHY it’s all truly coming up inside which is to ultimately RESOLVE/CLEAR/DISSOLVE it all (density) from our mental, physical and emotional bodies FOREVER to become PURE again, which is HOW we Ascend. Because the density IS what blocks humans from rising in consciousness.

Theres a BIG difference between Awakening and Ascending, one leads into the other… Awakening is the beginning part to get us ready for the BIG INTENSE DEEP EXPANSIVE PROFOUND FREEING RIP US TONTYE CORE part of the journey which is a complete dissolution process of resolving an entire life of unconsciousness, because we were born into an already functioning purposefully manipulated reality meant to keep us UNknowingly living in separation forever. Which is why we coded a Collective Awakening into our DNA so we wouldn’t get lost in the illusion missing the true point of our existence being to bring this world back into the Light.

To make it simple, Awakening is beginning to look at things on a surface level yet still coping/avoiding/pushing away and burying which keeps it all held in the physical body, and Ascension is going inward like a lion after its prey with no fear of what WE created for ourselves, to then resolve an entire life of unconsciousness that we didn’t even know was unconscious so we can then become PURE DIVINITY/UNIVERSAL SOURCE CONSCIOUSNESS AGAIN. In Awakening everyone still believes everything uncomfortable happened TO them, whereas Ascension is the REMEMBERING that WE actually magnetized ALL our painful/uncomfortable experiences TO ourselves due to the unconsciousness/beliefs/density/karmic held within which are 2 VERY DIFFERENT processes.   

Now over the last few months of 2025 a good majority of those dedicated to their Awakening process are being pushed/nugged into their new Ascension processes which is much deeper, more intense and very intentional. it’s now time in the journey to take things to the next level far BEYOND coping to where we are now walking straight into our own fire/density/darkness TRULY DEALING with everything on a Soul Level with an end goal of FULLY RESOLVING everything from the roots, not the surface, which is what ascension is all about, meaning now taking POWERFUL ACTION and actually beginning to RESOLVE the density, unconsciousness from its creation point so we can release, clear, dissolve the old stagnant energy from our physical bodies because it’s all housed, stuck and buried in our bodies, and that’s why all the emotions and memories keep endlessly resurfacing in the head.

It’s not to annoy and make us upset and relive old traumas, memories over and over like a broken record. It’s to show us that everything coming up in our heads is STUCK in our bodies, and if we want to be free of it all we must take conscious action to get it out of us on a Quantum level and it’s not an overnight process, it’s a years long Ascension journey beyond the awakening states. We were conditioned/programmed/indoctrinated to run and avoid our past and get upset with it coming up in our heads missing the entire point of WHY it’s been coming up in our heads, and this was done very much on purpose to keep us DEEP ALSEEP unknowingly feeding and supporting the corrupted systems/world/reality meant to enslave us.

Our HIGHEST MISSION after awakening is to begin resolving all of this from within us and start living a heart based life where the ego no longer exists which activates our Higher Heart and then Higher Mind. That’s where the real magic is and we begin to see through all the manipulation like an x ray machine, we are ascending out of the 3D ego illusion and never ever going to use or allow our ego to guide us ever again.  It will just become a dormant piece of us, an outdated 3/4D program that will never be used again, like an old computer from the 90’s. As ego/separation are something we chose to experience here in earth school and now it’s time to transcend out of its control and REMEMBER that we are here as a COLLECTIVE to Ascend OUT of the illusion/darkness and bring a New Age of LIGHT to this Earth reality.

The days of avoiding our past are no longer and now all unresolved density will keep surfacing until we take conscious action because that’s what these new ultra powerful frequencies are meant to do… the frequencies are literally facilitating this process for us all which is why

coping is now a thing of the past for all deeply invested and dedicated to their journey. The Purity of the Light frequencies are what force density to surface which can get a bit confusing for a bit when trying to use the old ways/methods from awakening wondering why it won’t work anymore, because now it’s time to dive deeper into our processes to fulfill our Soul Contract we AGREED to before incarnating here. Which was to Awaken and Ascend when the time came.

And here we are….!!!

It’s all coded in everyone’s DNA, but the veils of illusion and density are what block humans from remembering. Veils fall the more we resolve the density, that’s what unlocks the REMEMBERINGS coded within.

Humans like to use words to quantify their existence, like “bad days” and “good days”. Yet there’s really no such thing, it’s all comes down to the way we perceive things. Bad days are literally just days that our density/unresolved past is coming up more than usual to make us pay attention so we can make change through conscious processes. We were taught things are random to kept us dumbed down and fast asleep, never knowing how energy truly flows in a Quantum Reality

The more we intentionally resolve and clear the density/ego/karmic from our bodies as it comes up in the moment and never fall back, forget,  go small…, the higher we rise in frequency and the veils keep dissolving away. The higher we rise and can truly Anchor through the Embodiment/MASTERY process, the more the old world no longer exists inside of us and outside of us because we were the ones actually holding the old 3D illusion in place by holding it in our bodies as real. Our outer world being a direct reflection of the inner world lived by the unconscious human collective. The more that are no longer attached to and holding the old in place within, the more the old corrupted outer world ceases to exist. Because we create our reality as a collective consciousness, what the masses believe as real whether manipulated or not, is what the collective receives as reality. The more of us that Ascend out of it all is the more we are creating a new world aligned with higher consciousness, and we become the template holders/creators of New Earth through PURITY.

Everyone wants to heal the world… I see people talk about it all the time,  but most don’t realize it happens by fully healing and taking responsibility for OURSELVES and all we’ve taken in a created while unconscious from the inside out FIRST.

Getting Annoyed easily, reacting more than usual, short, upset , anxiety, panic attacks, extra emotional, heavy dreams, easily frustrated, feel tight in the body, triggered more easily, rage, anger, emotional outbursts, victim mentalities resurfacing,

chills, overheating, uncomfortable pains in the body, nervous system overload are all part of this process. And so are expansive visions, magical moments, inner knowings/remembeings, bliss and magic too…

It becomes a push pull like an accordion to push all density up and out of us, we go up and get dropped back down, ascend and descend through our chakras. This happens to open up powerful visions of our future so we can see/feel what we are working towards and then we get dropped back down to now see/feel what has to be resolved, cleared, dissolved from our energy body/field to actually achieve the visions of our future. We call them Expansions and Contractions because that’s exactly what happening. Our mission is to begin to understand this so we don’t get caught up in “oh my god, this is hell, why is this happening to me” which is choosing to be victim to our very powerful Ascension process and a life we actually chose to live without question.

Ascension is all new, it’s a WHOLE NEW LEVEL, ALL NEW DEEPER PROCESSES and not all fluffy like most want it to be, thinking everything should be fun, easy, beautiful and Ascension is just all happening in the background while paying with flowers, that somehow it turns into magicland with everyone frolicking together. Yet missing the BIGGEST POINT that each person, each one of us BECAME THE ILLUSION, we each took on and became the living embodiment OF SEPARATION, we UNKNOWINGLY lived an ego based life of UNCONSCIOUSNESS, believed everything as real since birth which was all manipulated/twisted information to keep us living the lowest frequency possible to keep us from Awakening/Ascending and taking our world back.

For thousands of years we’ve been manipulated, lied to, indoctrinated, conditioned to believe everything BACKWARDS to how we are truly meant to live, all truth of our existence and our purpose for living in this earth reality hidden from us very purposefully…  and the bigger point being that WE ALL EXCEPTED IT, lived it all as normal and real wether it felt good or not. Which means WE NOW HAVE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for taking it all in by intentionally RESOLVING it all.  That’s what the entire purpose of Ascension truly is and no it’s not all fluffy in the least. It’s a rip us to the core and back again process that has to happen to become PURE DIVINITY AGAIN.

We chose to drop in to this earth reality from the stars from Universal Source Consciousness and now we are here to ASCEND back to our original state OF Universal Source Consciousness. That’s our mission!

It took me many many years to Ascend out of it all and was the most EMPOWERING PROFOUND HUMBLING EXPANSIVE process in my life beyond words. Now Im sharing back to give the deeper perspectives to help you make it a bit easier on yourself if you choose. A person can ignore the higher guidance and pretend it’s not real because they simply do not want to do the deeper inner work and keep believing it’s a skittles and rainbows journey. Yet that only lasts so long before the Higher Self steps in and  forces the person into their uncomfortable Ascension which has nothing to do with anything religious in any way.

It doesn’t matter how long someone has been Awake, 10, 20, 30 years…, that has nothing to do with Ascension, that just means the person stayed stuck playing in and clinging to the fluffy part of awakening and hadn’t come through their deeper Ascension process yet. Until a soul has come through the DEEEEEP dissolution process and fully resolved All I’ve shared in this post, then it all still has to be done. There’s no way around it, fluffy is just the beginning, Ascension is the REAL DEAL where we become HUMBLED beyond words for years until we are the most PURE version of ourselves with NO separation left within us which becomes Embodiment. We become the living Embodiment of “Heaven on Earth”, heaven is lived from within us.

An ascended soul no longer is victim to anything understanding WHY and HOW all was magnetized in our fields to show us the density held inside, doesn’t judge, blame, shame, fear, guilt anyone or anything, holds absolutely NO FEAR of anything, no longer lives in any sort of lack, no linger feeding the 3D material world of convenience, no longer living in time, understands the quantum mechanics of magnetism/magnetics and how reality is formed/created, no longer channeling because channeling means one is still looking outside themselves and has not yet merged/embodied with their Higher Self. An Ascended soul has merged/BECOME their higher self, lives as their higher Self, and lives as Divinity, sees all through the Quantum field, a frequency holder for New Earth templates, sharing back the deeper processes in full service to humanity at the highest level.

Navigating these frequencies starts by acknowledging the deeper processes I’ve shared above and that their is a much deeper journey beyond awakening, it’s about walking into all that’s coming up and realizing we are meant to take full responsibility for a life of unconsciousness, it’s about choosing to become much more dedicated to our process, it’s about endless amounts of DAILY inward/meditative time and connecting with our Higher Self until we Embody our Higher a Self, it’s about taking time and integrating all new everyday and living our new reality not hiding, it’s about connecting with Gaia which keeps us aligned, present and observing ourselves, it’s about loving ourselves and our process beyond words for the GIFT it truly is, it’s about accepting that we chose to incarnated here in Earth School to experience separation and now we must fully resolve all the separation within us, it’s about realizing and acknowledging it’s not an overnight process it takes many more years beyond Awakening to become so absolutely PURE again from the inside out and no longer acting as the victim to something we chose to incarnate to experience.

It’s about no longer living small but instead stepping into our TRUE POWER by waking into our own darkness day by day and piece by TAKING OUR REALITY BACK remembering that NOBODY else can “heal” what WE created for ourselves, it’s impossible and avoiding our own process because it’s OUR Responsibility and ONLY WE can resolve/heal our own unconscious choices, beliefs, ego, actions, density that we took on and created.

FULL SURRENDER is KEY to the process which becomes IMMENSE unwavering GRATITUDE, APPRECIATION and LOVE for the process, Love for the OPPORTUNITY/GIFT of seeing and feeling everything we couldn’t see before, love for the experiences, love for the discomfort/pain revealing itself, love for the opportunity to see/feel it all and resolve it FOREVER.

Maneuvering it all becomes being open to all new ways where nothing is fixed and linear, that what worked yesterday may not work today or ever again, it becomes growing and growing and growing never staying locked into beliefs because all keeps changing as everything becomes quantum. It’s about realizing the corrupted 3D outer world is just revealing itself, picking sides is separation in itself and missing the point that it’s all unraveling as it should and what’s happening behind the scenes is SO MUCH BIGGER than the small limited egomind can conceive. It’s about not attaching to anything in the media, narratives, propaganda, things meant to pull heart strings as it’s all a big facade being used to keep people lost avoiding their Ascension and the MUCH MUCH MUCH BIGGER PICTURE that can’t be seen until the ego/separation is fully dissolved.

INNER WORK, INNER WORK, INNER WORK is what sees through the corrupted outer world illusion. It can and will take everything we’ve got to stay focused on the inner work by pushing away the intended distractions, it takes lots more energy to stand up to the egomind and shut down the endless mind programming, fears, emotions, victim mentalities…, so do your best not to let yourself fall back into it all just because it takes more energy/focus/attention. It’s easy to get caught up in the triggers and emotions if we are busy, aren’t paying attention or don’t care, we have to want to break through more than anything in the world and we DO get tested by our Universe all the time through the journey to see if we are paying attention and truly CARE enough to make big change.

Find POWER in busting through the limitations of the mind and TRUST that all is perfect even when you feel like you’ve fallen back, this journey is full of ups and down and it’s all about getting back on the horse no matter how many times we fall without beating ourselves up, we learn from experiences when we truly care and want to better ourselves.

WE are here to SAVE OURSELVES and CREATE a New BEAUTIFUL WORLD… it’s an inside job, the outside is just a distraction. Keep your eyes on the PRIZE… TRUST all is happening as it should and that we as a collective can shift the outer world faster by shifting our inner world.

And REMEMBER, our Universes give us what we focus on, so  LOOOOOOVE YOURSELF, focus on what you TRULY WANT to be your reality not what you don’t want, BE YOUR HIGHEST SELF in every thought, action, choice and FREE YOURSELF from the illusion..!!
