Energy & Ascension Update…✨🧬✨

MASSIVE shift and super potent pushing through humanity for a few days now… soooooo biggggggg!!!!! It’s a DEEP push for collective humanity deeper into the process.

personally my body is coming through a BIG transition since Friday, I’m being pushed to just BE and Integrate as my lightbody expands, clears, purges making room to take in and hold more light. I used to push myself to work through the intensity sometimes just a little… but today and yesterday my consciousness is saying “NO pushing through, just BE..!!” So I’m honouring this beautiful experience and allowing my body to do and go through what is required. Because when we don’t take time to intentionally integrate, everything bunches up inside and we get forced down in some way or another which is why I’m being guided to just Be.  I learned that one the hard way many times over the years…, if I’ve gotta go down and my body is off line, listen…, listen to the messages within…

You will notice a big shift in your inner world and the outer world as these frequencies and energies intensify, as well as many being pushed deeper into collective dark nights of the soul processes, which is now intensifying daily more than ever to keep us all moving forward, no more avoiding the processes…. All the stuck and buried density being pushed to the surface to see, feel and resolve. Tons of expansive beautiful openings and magical visions too to balance out all the heaviness but this is when the intensity really pours on to push, kick everyone into the more intense inward journey most don’t realize exists. This is the “BIG SQUEEZE” I’ve been sharing was coming for a few years now.

This Big Push the last few months and especially few days is forcing more souls MUCH MUCH deeper into their process to dive into much deeper Awakening and Ascension phases of INNER growth that have either been being avoided, ignored or not believing there’s more to the journey… but there’s SO MUCH MORE, it’s just not easily found or shared in the mainstream and social media because it’s a much DEEPER and intense rip us to the core process that becomes a 24/7 process of diving even deeper within ourselves than we could have ever imagined, taking responsibility for every single unconscious choice, action, thought, reaction, all density accumulated through this life, the karmic “debt” from this life and others, all the victim stories, all the ego programming resolving all the indoctrination and manipulated information fed to us since birth… which is an immense task and process. This is all new processes and ways, the old ways and modalities are now becoming just surface processes to a much deeper and more intense unraveling where we literally REWRITE our own reality and bring ourselves back to a purified state.

Many believe these deeper phases are “not necessary” and it can be avoided or kept all joyful staying in the “skittles and rainbows, fluffy, love and light” phase which I call “pre ego”,  but at this point in the mass collective shift EVERYONE will now be being pushed and forced into the deeper ego release phase realizing on a deeper level, each in their own time that we’ve all been born into a life built upon separation for thousands of years, we’ve all lived an ego based life without knowing life after life and now it’s time for it to all END. Ego being the programs of judgement, lack, fear, blame, guilt, anger, hate, shame, victim mentalities, control, avoidance, ignorance which is much different than what we are conditioned to believe the ego is so we’d accept life as it was handed to us unknowingly filling our energy bodies with density keeping our frequency/vibration very low. All of these ego programs I shared above being the absolute lowest frequencies we can possibly choose, all of it keeping us living in separation, but all of us just feeling it’s a normal part of life not realizing we will have to eventually take full responsibility for every single unconscious choice we’ve ever made since birth so we can Ascend. We have all taken on all of this separation and lived it as normal life, so now we all must begin taking responsibility for ALL of the separation as it’s all held within our energy body as DENSITY until we truly resolve it all.

Theres no way around the massive ego dissolution phases, it can’t be avoided any longer…, it’s DEEP, INTENSE, PROFOUND, ALL ENCOMPASSING, VERY POWERFUL, EMOTIONAL, EXPLOSIVE and all VERY NECESSARY to push us to break free of the massive illusion separation we’ve all been living as normal life since birth. Everything we were taught, conditioned, programmed to belief life after life being twisted, distorted, manipulated to keep us as far from our natural state as possible so we wouldn’t awaken. But NOTHING can stop the Awakening of humanity in this cycle, it’s now impossible, the Universe, Gaia and the sun are all working together to push us through. They are all responsible for the massive frequencies pouring through everyday which digs deep inside each human to push up all the density that needs be resolved. Piece by piece, day by day, which is why all feels so intense or what we can call “collective dark night of the soul”.

The outer world and everything most everyone is attached to, beliefs of how things work, all the structures, systems that hold the 3/4D illusion of separation together all collapsing in on itself more and more now daily to keep pushing the Mass Awakening forward. It can “seem” like the outer world is getting “worse” but it’s not,  it’s actually just a perception coming from a place of not knowing or being able to see from within that it’s all happening as it needs to for humanity to see, feel, experience and understand what we’ve all allowed to happen for thousands of years to get to this point. It all has to crumble and expose itself and humanity has to FEEL and EXPERIENCE it all or they won’t ever believe it was all manipulated, corrupt and still hold onto it as real blocking and fighting their own awakening. But it’s ALL part of the illusion of separation we are all meant to Awaken out of, so day by day it will all just keep getting more intense to push all to the surface, the more we resist or push away the more it keeps coming back up...

Many don’t realize the entire 3/4D illusion is and was built upon manipulation, separation, ego.. with word meanings twisted, history written by the victors, truth of the universe twisted, how we live in a Quantum Reality hidden and all systems corrupted to kept us all asleep, weak and powerless never knowing the true meaning of life, our true purposes and so much more. Everything corrupted and manipulated, literally EVERYTHING…, every area of life… and now it’s all crumbling to pieces before our eyes, unraveling itself to give us all (all of humanity) the opportunity to see through it all and then resolve and take responsibility for all programming, conditioning, indoctrination, density, ego we took on since birth. Because if we don’t resolve and take responsibility for it all we stay lost in a broken false reality trying to hold together an illusion built from ego…

WHY…? Because WE actually CHOSE to experience it all  before we incarnated here in “Earth School”, we CHOSE “the fall of consciousness… to drop from our natural fully conscious state of Source Consciousness to experience the lowest realms of separation through “AMNESIA” and then REMEMBER OUR WAY BACK HOME through Awakening then Ascending, we just don’t remember all this until after we truly begin doing the much deeper new processes and inner work. That’s why we have to take responsibly for EVERY SINGLE UNCONSCIOUS CHOICE, BELIEF, THOUGHT, ACTION, DENSITY held within since early childhood, because we actually CHOSE to experience it, therefore we are responsible for it all wether we know it or not. So it all becomes much deeper than most want it to be because the ego is and doesn’t want anything to do with consciousness and love.

Truly we’ve been the ones UNKNOWINGLY holding the entire 3/4D illusion, hologram together forever and allowing it to get to where it is now being absolute chaos fuelled by the absolute furthest point of separation through mass manipulation, because we believed it all and never did anything about it. We have all been UNKNOWINGLY co creating this illusion by believing it and feeding it... Which is why we are now being pushed as a COLLECTIVE through a MASS AWAKENING process and then into our Deeper and more Intentional Ascension processes so we can REMEMBER.  We planned it this way… when we dropped out consciousness into “Earth School” with amnesia we also built and created an OUT because we saw just how deep and manipulated the world would get.

Ascension being MUCH different and DEEPER than many realize or talk about in mainstream circles, social media… because until a soul has ascended their consciousness OUT of it all…,  being out of the entire 3/4D ego matrix of control and FULLY EMBODY the frequencies of 5/6D trough EXPERIENCING and MASTERING it all they can’t articulate the process because they haven’t yet fully EXPERIENCED the process. Missing the much deeper and way more intense phases of ego release or what some refer to as “ego death”. It’s a much deeper and longer journey than the mind can fathom because the lower mind is part of the ego, they work together and all they know is separation, they can’t see and feel through the higher heart and quantum consciousness, they are what’s blocking it. 3D AND 4D both being built upon manipulation still living from and as the ego aspect. 4D just means we’ve begun the process and where things begin to get very emotional… but to actually EMBODY and be able to HOLD the frequencies of 5D and beyond… the ego must be fully RESOLVED and MASTERED, as well as no more supporting the 3/4D material world or convenience in anyway shape or form any more, the density must be resolved and removed from the body, chakras must be cleared…. No more looping or getting caught up in the ego  programs of judgement, blame, fear, guilt, victim, shame, control, lack, anger, hate, self sabotage ever again…

Many don’t realize that the ego release/ego death phase takes years and goes far beyond just seeing and honouring it all and stoping ourselves in the moment, that’s just the beginning process. It actually turns into a much more intense and intentional all day everyday process of taking responsibility for unknowingly allowing the ego to control our entire lives since early childhood, it’s fully resolving and taking responsibility for every single judgment we’ve ever made towards ourselves AND all the blame, shame and guilt we hold of ourselves and put on others.., it’s taking responsibility and resolving all the fears we hold, took on and created  since birth, it’s resolving all control, lack and stored emotions, it’s taking responsibility for all the victim stories realizing WE actually magnetized ALL the victim experiences, traumatic moments and painful experiences into our lives as much as the beautiful experiences... It’s FULLY resolving and taking FULL responsibility for ALL the density we hold inside and created since birth… and NEVER EVER getting caught up in ANY of it again because it’s all fully resolved through years of testing.. That’s how we actually ASCEND our consciousness OUT of the 3/4D illusion and how a person begins to Embody the frequencies of 5D.. which is when we merge with our higher self, Achieve zero point, AFTER we have fully Ascended our consciousness and no longer are ruled by the ego programming because we’ve taken our power back.

5D being just the very beginning of the journey to 12D, then comes physical body Ascension that starts as we begin to open up the frequencies of 6D-8D which is when  ALL the “karmic debt” from past lives and ALL the programming and conditioning, indoctrination, beliefs  taken on from the outside world now get resolved through “Mastery Phase” where we now rewrite our entire reality by taking full responsibility for taking in a completely corrupted world, reality, beliefs and never slowing any of it to be real ever again, never slipping or going back…. which happens over years  and years of being contracted and expanded and tested with it all over and over until we have fully resolved it all from our energy body.

I’m seeing so many posts of people either feeling stuck, confused, angry, lost, in purgatory/bardo feeling crazy like the journey is stalled or in a waiting room of sorts, waiting for something to shift FOR THEM, yet it won’t, its now up to us to INTENTIONALLY go further and deeper beyond the spiritual realms, old modalities and beliefs. A LOT of the information being spread around and believed in spiritual, conscious awakening groups on social media isn’t the full process, because most trying to say they know what Ascension is HAVE NOT ASCENDED yet, they are regurgitation information from others that have not ascended or ancient texts, beliefs but not truly fully experienced yet for the beeches not realizing this is a NEW PROCESS and goes far beyond anything humanity had ever experienced. There’s a big disconnect going on out in the world as so many are knowingly/unknowingly spreading only partial processes making it seem like it’s the full process which messes with peoples beliefs and keep souls lost in a “purgatory”, confused state waiting  for things to happen, which makes it all more intense.

The true processes only being opened up from within and REMEMBERING through our DNA then shared back through actually EXPERIENCING IT ALL and after embodying the process now being able to articulate all process clearly. Everything, our entire journey, all of existence and all of our existences coded in each of our DNA but only accessed through truly resolving the ego matrix and all density from our Energy Body, that’s when the remembering begins to open up.

It’s a wild and much deeper journey than many are sharing which is why I’m opening up more and more to share a much deeper and more profound, powerful and empowering journey for those feeling stuck, confused, lost and like there’s more, because there’s so much more, it’s endless….

I’m sharing from coming through my own Ascension process fully which is why I can articulate it as I do and I go much deeper in other posts for those ready to dive deeper. But the true ego process, the deeper intense rip us to the absolute core of our being phases CANNOT be avoided, it’s the only way to being able to Embody the frequencies of 5D and beyond which is the Ascension of our Consciousness meaning Ascending ourselves OUT of the lower realms of ego/separation.

The frequencies pouring through are only going to keep pushing deeper and deeper to reveal all that was buried and hidden as an opportunity to resolve it all, avoiding makes it more uncomfortable. If something is coming up repeatedly or intensely bringing up big emotion or emotional attachments… it’s still stuck inside you body and isn’t fully resolved or healed. You may find many things you thought were healed are not fully healed and are still attached to the energy body in some way. This is where the deeper NEW processes come into play… it’s important to know that when our ego programs, density and past traumas things we thought were healed are fully resolved and mastered, they don’t come up anymore in the head because they have been fully dissolved from the energy body. So if things are coming up, do give attention to them, there’s more to take responsibility for, it’s usually the emotional attachment, victim energy to it all that triggers a person back into auto pilot “reacting” which is the “default programming” that has to be stopped resolved and cleared or rings just keep looping….

Keep diving deeper, keep feeling inside, keep asking questing to your higher self asking to REMEMBER, lots of inward time and connecting with self and tones of Gaia time, feet on the ground, hugging trees, playing in water…, let go of the outside world being your focus and focus on your inner world instead, because your inner world is what makes us perceive the outer world as we do. The more we intentionally resolve, clear and shift our inner world the more we see the outer world for what it truly is, an illusion we were all unknowingly feeding. The beautiful magical profound awesome pieces of the journey open up the deeper we choose to go.

Find Love, Gratitude and Appreciation for absolutely everything, especially yourself which is the KEY… and keeps the heart open, remembering everything is happening as it should as party of our collective shift we all chose together… Loving the process for what it is no matter how uncomfortable or painful is what makes it all easier to manoeuvre through, because we chose to experience separation and now it’s time to COME HOME.

Fighting, avoiding, ignoring the process only makes it more uncomfortable…. Getting connected with Gaia, nature, water, trees is not just amazing  and nourishing for the body in so many ways, it’s connecting with pure aspects of ourselves because truly we are all one, we are Gaia, we are the sun, we are the stars, the planets, the universe… we REMEMBER this through connecting and even bigger is it pulls us into alignment when we choose to connect especially with bare feet on the ground, it’s pure bliss and feels always feels like home.

Play with flowers, animals, birds, play music, paint, draw, chant.. whatever makes your heart sing and bust those beautiful hearts wide open and keep them open.
