Holding on to disempowered victim stories/traumatic experiences/painful memories becomes a loop of self deprecation…

Sharing as I am seeing/feeling many now being pushed into their Ascension/Ego Release processes and getting caught up in the same self deprecating loops/stories/beliefs/triggers feeling it’s going to loop out forever/“hell on earth”, or impossible to “get rid of”/resolve, yet it’s just a new HIGHER CONSCIOUS process/processes that must be utilized to truly BREAK DOWN/BREAK THROUGH/BREAK FREE of the ego control.

“Holding on” meaning NOT taking time/space to TRULY work through RESOLVE/DISSOLVE/TAKE RESPONSIBILITY IN THE MOMENT as it all comes up/presents itself, and/or, HOLDING IT IN, NOT WANTING TO SEE/FEEL IT ALL from a HIGHER PERSPECTIVE wanting to HOLD ONTO the VICTIM STORY, not yet ready to acknowledge it was all MEANT to be experienced. Usually just getting all caught back up in the energy of being the victim to an old “STORY” every time it surfaces which becomes self deprecation until something is done about it all from a much HIGHER CONSCIOUS SPACE WITHIN.

Did you know that holding onto ANYTHING is a choice..?

Did you know that holding a disempowered story/state IS A CONSCIOUS CHOICE to BE the VICTIM as we ALWAYS have the OPPORTUNITY IN EVERY BREATH THOUGHT and ACTION to ACKNOWLEDGE/ASSES/RESOLVE/TAKE RESPONSIBILITY and ALIGN AN EXPERIENCE IN THE MOMENT ITS HAPPENING…

Did you know that when functioning as HIGHER CONSCIOUS from an EMBODIED STATE, this is HOW WE ARE ALWAYS meant to DEAL with things… and not only that but it IS OUR HIGHEST RESPONSIBILITY as HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS TO RESOLVE EVERYTHING IN THE MOMENT as things present themselves/trigger/open up…., not later on because we were to upset/angry/triggered and WOULDN’T/DIDN’T WANT TO… because that’s allowing EGO TO RUN THE SHOW/CONTROL OUR REALITY which is actually HOW WE BECOME/BECAME THE VICTIM or HOLD the victim stories in place…

Did you know that VICTIM beliefs/stories/mentalities/disempowered states are a CHOICE and VICTIM itself is a BIG/DEEP fragment of the 3D ego matrix..?

Did you know that to ASCEND OUT of the lower dimensions we have to TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY for CREATING and HOLDING each story of us BEING THE VICTIM because victim is the CHOICE/DECISION to AVOID THE BIGGER MORE EXPANSIVE PICTURE of WHY a GROWTH EXPERIENCE is/was TRULY HAPPENING/MAGNETIZING in the first place.. (a result of “karma”/unconscious choices/actions/thoughts/unconscious beliefs/programming/conditioning/manipulation held)

Do you know HOW we CREATE OUR REALITIES…, I’m sure you’ve heard this saying before before but did you know that we create our reality by MAGNETIZING all the INTERACTIONS/TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCES/TRIGGERS/“ACCIDENTS” into our own fields for the HIGHEST PURPOSE OF CONSCIOUS GROWTH and EXPANSION based off of our UNCONSCIOUS CHOICES/ACTIONS/BELIEFS/CONDITIONING/PROGRAMMING held within, and allowing the ego to run the show/make decisions for us our entire lives.

Did you know that the REPETITIVE THOUGHTS LOOPING/UNCONSCIOUS BELIEFS/VICTIM STORIES/PAINFUL MEMORIES held inside that come up on REPEAT ENDLESSLY are coming up on repeat BECAUSE they want to be RESOLVED/DISSOLVED so we can ASCEND and experience TRUE FREEDOM which comes from WITHN.

Do you know that to RESOLVE/DISSOLVE we have to TRULY/FULLY WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for CREATING/MAGNETIZING/HOLDING ON TO IT ALL and ALLOWING it to FESTER/SIT inside of us as DENSITY in the Energy Body for as long as we’ve held it/since it truly happened.

Do you know that the little weak ego NEVER EVER EVER wants us to or will EVER guide us to TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for OUR UNCONSCIOUSNESS because the ego IS UNCONSCIOUSNESS IN ITSELF, it IS 3D, it IS THE INNER MATRIX many are wanting to break free from.

Did you know that the little ego will also do ANYTHING to STOP US from TAKIKG RESPONSIBILITY because it then has no job/ceases to exist/not needed anymore, because unconsciousness/separation IS it’s only function. It does this by trying to get us all CAUGHT UP/LOOPING back into the shame/blame/guilt/judgement/lack/victim stories/jealousy… so we don’t do anything about it but rather do ANYTHING/EVERYTHING to hold it again becoming the victim to the same old loops that will play out/repeat endlessly until truly resolved/taken responsibility for, which IS the literal definition of self deprecation…

Did you know that to ASCEND we must actually RESOLVE/DISSOLVE/TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR/CLEAR and ALIGN EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF UNCONSCIOUSNESS/UNCONSCIOUS CHOICE/FRAGMENT/BELIEF/STORY/PROGRAM because it’s ALL EGO…

Did you know that if we’d RATHER CHOOSE to HOLD ONTO these OLD VICTIM STORIES/MENTALITIES looking for some sort of “RETRIBUTION” (which is IMPOSSIBLE to achieve as as soul just loops in the stories/beliefs on repeat until TRULY/FULLY RESOLVED), we are only keeping ourselves AND EVERYONE AROUND us in/feeling our own “hell on earth” too, because our LOW/UNCONSCIOUS energy/choices magnetizes/pulls/spills into other peoples fields and BIGGER THAN THAT is it AFFECTS the COLLECTIVE/QUANTUM FIELD TOO.

Did you know that the more conscious we become the more we are HELD and HOLD OURSELVES to our ABSOLUTE HIGHEST STATES/SACREDNESS/PURITY AT ALL TIMES 24/7, sleeping and awake states which becomes INTEGRITY/SELF RESPECT/SELF LOVE…

Did you know this is a FULL TIME “JOB” 24/7, it takes EVERYTHING WE HAVE WITHIN US and WAYYYYYY BEYOND to STAND UP TO OUR OLD SELF/OLD WAYS/BELIEFS/PROGRAMMING/CONDITIONING/VICTIM STORIES which is ALL EGO/DENSITY because we CREATED/HELD/HOLD it ALL as DISEMPOWERED VICTIM STORIES/BELIEFS so DEEPLY like they were the worst most horrible things that could have ever happened TO US or as the truth, yet that’s all just victim stories/mentality/beliefs/EGO that we are MEANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR so WE CAN ASCEND OUR CONSCIOUSNESS OUT OF THE lower DIMENSIONS. REMEMBERING that WE ACTUALLY MAGNETIZED it ALL into our life/world/reality FOR the HIGHEST PUPOSE OF CONSCIOUS GROWTH/AWAKENING/ASCENSION…

The point is that PURPOSEFULLY holding onto ANYTHING UNCONSCIOUS especially VICTIM STORIES/MANTALITY as we are ASCENDING is the CONSCIOUS CHOICE/DECISION TO LOOP IN SELF DEPRECIATION. It will loop endlessly on repeat getting more and more INTENSE (especially in Ascension/Mastery phases) until CHOOSING to TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR CREATING/HOLDING/MAGNETIZING it all into our reality in the first place, which ONLY HAPPENED Because WE REQUIRED THE EXPERIENCES for our HIGHEST CONSCIOUS GROWTH.

We live in a QUANTUM REALITY that is giving us all EXACTLY what we require to experience EXACTLY WHEN WE NEED TO, we just weren’t taught any of this or how it works. But now as humanity RISES FROM THE ASHES OF UNCONSCIOUSNESS coming through their Awakening then into Ascending it becomes ALL OF OUR HIGHEST RESPONSIBILITY/DUTY to RESOLVE/DISSOLVE/TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL OF OUR UNCONSCIOUSNESS… Not just SOME of it…

Victim mentalities/stories/beliefs being the DEEPEST self deprecating loops other than JUDGEMENT and LACK, but they all truly end up being one in the same, EGO… judgment is lack as victim is lack, lack is victim and judgement brings us back into both lack and victim. It’s a DEEP SELF DEPRECATING LOOP of SELF DESTRUCTION/PAIN and SUFFERING all to HOLD ONTO 3D VICTIM STORIES, which is the BIGGER CHOICE TO KEEP LIVING IN SEPARATION ALLOWING the EGO TO RUN THE SHOW, which also BLOCKS a soul from ASCENDING/BECOMING/MERGING as ONE with the HIGHER SELF, which is SOUL EMBODIMENT.

Their are certain “failsafes” if you will that are put in place that have to be worked through BEFORE we can ANCHOR/HOLD/EMBODY a new HIGHER FREQUENCY/HIGHER DIMENSION/ASCEND OUR CONSCIOUSNESS, one of them is that it’s impossible to FULLY MERGE/ASCEND the CONSCIOUSNESS until the EGO CONTROL IS FULLY RELEASED/RESOLVED/DISSOLVED… so if your endlessly looping in some old disempowered victim stories/beliefs/painful memories/traumas/programming and it’s getting uncomfortable/intense looping on repeat, it’s because your HOLDING ONTO THE OLD 3D EGO/STORIES/BELIEFS in some way, for some reason/reasons and that’s what requires ATTENTION. You may not see the reasons in the moment, but the deeper you dig INSIDE and TRULY WANT TO SEE/FEEL the missing pieces, the more they will appear, but not if we don’t TRULY want to see/feel/know. Sometimes we can hold on sooooooo deeply because we AVOIDED/BURIED/PUSHED BACK DOWN over and over  so many times like it’s a job, but once we keep digging and truly WANTING TO SEE/FEEL we will.

The HIGHER THE CONSCIOUSNESS HELD, the more INTENSE it all LOOPS UNTIL FULL RESPONSIBILITY is TAKEN for the CREATION and HOLDING THE dysfunctional STORIES our entire lives. Yes ALL VICTIM MEMORIES are STORIES, it’s a STORY that was MADE UP/CREATED while in a disempowered state, so the FULL truth/experience isn’t seen, ONLY the VICTIM STORY is now held/seen/feared/remembered UNTIL the human CHOOSES to SEE/FEEL/REMEMBER the REAL TRUTH of what happened which is still sitting DEEP INSIDE TOO, but the old story has to be TAKEN RESPONSIBILITY FOR by walking Into it with HIGHER CONSCIOUS EYES/OPEN HEART WANTING to TRULY REMEMBER WHAT TRULY HAPPENED. When we TRULY WANT TO REMEMBER, it will open up/show up, but we have to RESOLVE the NEED to REACT/GET TRIGGERED which is a PROGRAM and the CHOICE to go back into/get consumed by the old victim story. Then begin to THANK/LOVE/APPRECIATE/GIVE GRATITUDE for it all as the BEAUTIFUL and POWERFUL GIFTS/OPPORTUNITIES they are/were meant to be.

We are meant to BREAK THROUGH these OLD STORIES, as we do we begin to see/feel our true role and how WE BUILT/CREATED a victim story in the moment INSTEAD of DEALING because we just didn’t know HOW to CONSCIOUSLY DEAL back them. Victim is used a SHIELD we created when young to block out what TRULY happened believing it all happened TO US and we didn’t DESERVE IT.. but as you will come to know through your journey we very much have MAGNETIZED EVERY SIGLE UNCOMFORTABLE/PAINFUL/TRAUMATIC/CONTRACTED/BEAUTIFUL/EXPANSIVE/AMAZING experience TO US, we just didn’t know WHY or HOW. This can get people stuck in a loop of “WHY would I EVER magnetize ANY of this into my life…”, what I can say is that once you get passed that block/choice to be victim wondering “why” (which is the ego), A LOT MORE OPENS UP. The ego wants to know why, consciousness TRUSTS that DEEP DOWN it ALL happened as it should have.

The more we CONSCIOUSLY CHOOSE to RESOLVE/DISSOLVE/TAKE RESPONSIBILITY the MORE INNER KNOWING/VISIONS/REMEMBERINGS/TRUTH WE OPEN UP INSIDE US.

It’s an EXQUISITE PURIFICATION PROCESS called ASCENSION where we are TAKING FULL RESPONSIBILITY for ALL of our UNCONSCIOUS CREATIONS since birth being born into an already FULLY UNCONSCIOUS REALITY.

We are ASCENDING ourselves OUT of the lower 3D reality WE took on/CREATED/held for ourselves as real…

WE ARE THE KEY….!!!!

The STRONGER we CHOOSE to BECOME from WITHIN, the more DETERMINED, the more TIME/ENERGY we put into our processes the more we are FACING  OURSELVES and our UNCONSCIOUSNESS which is how it’s done. The moment we aren’t being PRESENT/AWARE of ourselves/thoughts/actions is the moment the ego/mind/unconsciousness/auto pilot takes back over and the loops begin again.

PRESENCE/OBSERVATION/ACKNOWLEDGEMENT are the KEY to seeing/feeling EVERYTHING….

Next comes CONSCIOUS ACTIONS/CHOICES..!!!
