How Intentionally Clearing and Tending to our “Inner Garden” becomes MASTERY…

Wether it’s spring, fall or anywhere in between the garden always needs to be tended and taken care of for optimum growth, this got me feeling it’s a good time to share about INTENTIONAL CLEARING and tending to our “INNER GARDEN”which would be the traumas, painful memories, sadness, victim stories, ego programming, stored emotions, conditioning, manipulation, distortions, limiting beliefs held inside as DENSITY.

However as we all wait for spring to do the OUTDOOR gardening or fall to clean up the garden, it is a much different process when it comes to INTENTIONALLY CLEARING our INNER GARDEN and INNER WORLD.    

As many wait for full/new moons, sacred passageways, gateways, solstices, equinox, planetary alignments, shamanic ceremonies to do big clearings as I used to because that’s how I felt it worked…, because I felt those were the only passageways, opportunities to do the Big Deep Inner Work, have powerful releases and visions as that’s what I saw everyone else doing and talking about back when I was coming through my process. I would do as many ayahuasca ceremonies as I could feeling I had to be at a ceremony to get healed, also feeling I had to be doing the ceremonies or healing on a full or new moon or equinox or going through a big passageway to actually do the big healing and clearing… I truly in the beginning didn’t feel I could do it by myself and required a special day to do it or someone to guide me through it to “protect me”, or needed someone to heal me for me. Yet as my journey went on I got to a point that I felt things coming up inside getting more and more INTENSE everyday until I just couldn’t wait for the next full moon, ceremony or healer anymore and I didn’t have a clue how to deal with it all other than just looking at it all which got me super emotional and scared to look at myself.

At a point in my journey it would all strat surfacing inside me beginning to get HEAVIER, MORE INTENSE more quickly keeping me in uncomfortable loops of pain and suffering more than ever before which seemed like all was getting “worse”, my past painful memories, traumatic experiences, stories of shame/blame/guilt/fear/judgement/lack and being the victim all coming up on repeat daily which started making me feel crazy and very uncomfortable inside until I finally had enough and couldn’t take it anymore, couldn’t loop through it anymore patiently WAITING for the next ceremony, gateway or full or new moon, so I decided to do something about it for myself and take things into my own hands, tired of waiting because it was the only thing left to do, then saying yo myself “why can’t I do this for myself” which was the game changer moment….

That’s when I decided to start looking at it all for myself WITHOUT feeling I needed to ask for help from a shaman/plant medicine/healer, feeling someone needed to BE THERE FOR ME so I could SEE MY OWN SELF or to PROTECT me FROM MY OWN SELF and what I would see/feel ABOUT myself. It was a big step at first as I truly felt I had to be at a ceremony or around others to help me go through it all, yet when I truly sat with it all I realized nobody was actually their for me at these ceremonies, shamans weren’t telling me what I was seeing or guiding me through it all, not showing me how to Resolve/Dissolve/Take Responsibility and actually not even taking about how to deal with everything we saw about ourselves, no guidance at all, just lots of intense visions of myself/life that made me feel a bit lost and self defeated, upset, emotional. Being told that “it will open up over time, just allow it to integrate and you’ll see, could takes months or a year or years to open up…”

So I felt myself just waiting for things to happen, heal, open up, magically disappear but it never did… and on the other hand healers were saying they were doing the healing FOR ME yet it was ALL still coming up on REPEAT inside of me even bigger as the days and months went on coming up as what I now call “unresolved loops of pain and suffering”. Yes after ceremony I could see things I’d done in my life with more clarity but nobody was guiding me HOW to deal with it all, I just felt it all healed in the background in some way in my head or sub conscious overtime…, feeling the healing was happening on its own FOR ME in its own time because I went to ceremonies or paid for healing only to find out through IMMENSE DEEP DARK REPETATIVE LOOPS that it (my density) wasn’t really going anywhere, NOTHING was healing itself within me, it was all just looping now much more intensely in my head trying to get my attention more than ever..

After a while of this going on I finally realized through a POWERFUL vision/inner knowing that the plant medicine/ceremonies were just SHOWING ME MY OWN SELF, It was now up TO ME to do the TRUE INNER WORK… also seeing and feeling the shaman was just moving around energy helping me in a physical sense and sometimes able to see a memory/story held inside that I was stuck with from my past, but not truly able to do the healing I felt they were, which was to Release, Resolve, Clear all the traumatic painful/emotional/victim memories so I didn’t have to FEEL and SEE them anymore.

This is when I decided to take the reins back for myself and do MY OWN INNER WORK/CLEARING, and this is when I realized through lots of inward time and self connection and asking my higher self/universe LOTS of questions to find out HOW to do it all for myself. The more I asked questions the more I would see, feel, receive, I could feel my body lighting up inside when I asked the questions of HOW DO I DO THIS….

It was like my soul/universe/higher self had been waiting for me to do this FOREVER and it had lol. It was so excited for me wanting to find it all for myself that I could feel the inner joy exploding inside which were actually ACTIVATIONS/REMEMBERING opening up from WITHIN ME. The more I asked questions through inward time the more I ACTIVATED inside through visions, feeling and inner knowing, which I soon also realized were REMEMBERINGS/CODES opening up WITHIN ME that were all stored in my DNA/LIGHTBODY to open up and activate when I was TRULY READY to begin TAKING MY POWER BACK and ASCENDING myself OUT of the lower realities/illusions of 3D life, not just stay stuck in the old ways.

This is when I began to truly realize through TRUSTING my INNER KNOWING/FEELING on a MUCH DEEPER LEVEL that EVERY SINGLE UNCONSCIOUS THOUGHT/CHOICE/DECISION/ACTION/WORD/REACTION/BREATH I EVER MADE in my ENTIRE LIFE was actually MY RESPONSIBILITY to CLEAR FOR MYSELF, it was MY RESPONSIBILITY and MINE ONLY to RESOLVE/DISSOLVE/CLEAR and TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for ALL MY OWN UNCONSCIOUS CREATIONS/THOUGHTS/CHOICES/ACTIONS… EVERY SINGLE ONE since CHILDHOOD…

Seeing/feeling on such a DEEP LEVEL that the ENTIRE POINT of AWAKENING and ASCENSION was to begin to SEE ourselves and all of the UNCONSCIOUSNESS WE CREATED/CHOSE/MAGNETIZED/EXPERIENCED through being born into an already purposefully manipulated reality/world and how we took it all on in our own unique way, which became our unconscious 3D identity/matrix/reality/life.

Then seeing after we acknowledge it all through our Awakening process at a point we would begin to INTENTIONALLY CLEAR it all from our ENERGY BODY through a MUCH DEEPER RESOLVING/DISSOLVING/CLEARING process where we are TAKING RESPONSIBILITY for ALL OUR TRAUMA/PAINFUL MEMORIES/PROGRAMMING/CONDITIONING/SEPARATION/EGO PROGRAMMING which becomes ASCENDING OUR CONSCIOUSNESS OUT OF THE 3D ILLUSION and RELEASING the CONTROL of the lower mind/ego, then SURRENDERING into our HIGHER HEART/QUANTUM CONSCIOUSNESS to begin Ascending our physical bodies, this was all new and conoorytiy bs jested to anything I’d been told or read before in spirituality.

So I started asking myself through daily INTENTIONS, throughout the day and especially before bed to CLEAR all the stuck energy/density inside, I wasn’t too specific, I just asked myself in inward time, morning or evening intentions to clear all the density weighing me down, clear all the emotions/stuck energy/traumas…

Then what usually came next (could be in the moment or later that day or the next day) was a bunch of BIG HEAVY EMOTIONS/OLD STORIES/TRAUMATIC PAINFUL MEMORIES/VICTIM STORIES surfacing on repeat and feeling very intense.

At first I was confused again feeling for a short moment that just asking to CLEAR IT ALL was going to actually clear it all away and it would be done FOR ME. But then it would all intensify and get even more uncomfortable until I then realized I STILL HAD TO DO THE WORK MYSELF, I realized what I was truly doing by asking it all to be cleared was OPENING IT UP FOR ME TO SEE/FEEL/RESOLVE, then it became MY RESPONSIBILITY to FACE IT ALL and even bigger was to TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for creating it all, which I didn’t really want to do in the moment but again the more I avoided, the more intense it all got… because my Higher Self was now in control of my journey not allowing me to avoid the Higher processes anymore.

So I began facing myself, and in that POWERFUL CHOICE to SEE/FEEL and TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for myself is where I saw EVERYTHING, it was where all of the sudden I began seeing new pieces to the traumas and memories I held as victim stories. All of the sudden I realized through seeing and feeling from a higher perspective WANTING to TRULY see/feel/know the bigger picture and perspective that I was HOODING all these traumatic and painful memories in a disempowered state as what I call “victim stories”, I now was seeing BECAUSE I TRULY WANTED TO that I had created jaded and manipulated “STORIES”/VERSIONS of what TRULY HAPPENED, I HAD AVOIDED all points, pieces, things THAT I DID to MAGNETIZE the experiences into MY OWN LIFE for the GROWTH EXPERIENCES they truly were meant to be.

Then realizing that when we as humans get upset, triggered, emotional, offended, feeling victim to a situation or experience CHOOSING to BELIEVE something is happening TO US we (most humans) create a VICTIM STORY and that story NEVER shows the TRUE BIGGER PICTURE of what ACTUALLY HAPPENED. The now “victim” is only taking the pieces IT WANTS TO and then twisting/weaponizing/manipulating the experience into a “victim story” where they didn’t have any part in CREATING IT, it all just happened TO THEM, now FULLY AVOIDING the truth and WHY it truly happened. So the next big piece became ALLOWING myself to actually ACKNOWLEDGE my part in it all WITHOUT JUDGING MYSELF and then ending up in another deep dark loop energetically “beating myself up” for UNconscious choices i’d made.

Yes, I/we weren’t taught how to CONSCIOUSLY DEAL WITH THINGS, TAKE RESPONSIBILITY, ALIGN experiences IN THE MOMENT, instead we were conditioned very well to burry it all and become the victim to what we actually magnetized to ourselves for conscious growth/Awakening/Ascension. If we were taught how to consciously “deal” IN THE MOMENT we wouldn’t actually have a trauma or memory that loops in our heads the rest of our lives. Thats why we are not meant to judge ourselves when seeing/feeling/opening this all up for ourselves from a higher perspective., because it’s all part of our unconscious 3D ego based lives of separation/Earth School that we ALL VERY PURPOSEFULLY CHOSE to experience here, and that’s WHY we go through the Awakening/Ascension process, is TO INTENTIONALLY CLEAR what we UNKNOWINGLY CREATED… which now becomes the process of INTENTIONALLY RESOLVING/DISSOLVING/TAKING RESPONSIBILITY for ALL our UNCONSCIOUS CREATIONS as we are meant to do to keep moving through our processes or we just get stuck loooing in the ego release/“death” process never wanting to truly TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR OURSELVES and OUR OWN UNCONSCIOIOUS CREATIONS . The only reason it’s called ego death is because we avoid taking deeper responsibility for actually magnetizing it all into our lives never wanting to let go of the “VICTIM ROLE” and we loop in what feels like “heal on earth” that feels like death until we finally choose to evolve past the lower beliefs of what I will call “surface healing”.

I personally don’t/didn’t wait for anything when it comes to intentionally resolving and clearing density from my reality. If something feels off/out of alignment in my field/inner/outer world, I VERY PURPOSEFULLY ask myself to see/feel it all and IMMEDIATELY start RESOLVING/DISSOLVING and CLEARING it from my reality by CHOICE through the deeper action of Taking Responsibility. I know IF I DON’T then my world/reality/field will begin COLLAPSING in on itself which will FORCE ME TO DEAL WITH IT in a more uncomfortable and painful way.

AVOIDING = more uncomfortable pain and suffering and looping

INTENTIONALLY CLEARING = FREEDOM/GROWTH/EXPANSION

Yet none of this is shared in mainstream social media circles and spiritual circles because it’s too deep and involves letting go of the “victim role”, it means diving MUCH DEEPER and actual realizing we called, magnetized EVERY SINGLE EXPERIENCE into our lives very purposefully and now instead of being victim to “earth school” we now have to take responsibility for EVERYTHING because it’s OUR RESPONSIBILITY, EVERY SINGLE THOUGHT, ACTION, CHOICE, EXPERIENCE. Some experiences are “karmic” and being resolved from “past lifetimes” which are usually the very painful memories we had no control over, yet we still created the energy in some lifetime and now must be resolved in this lifetime. This is where many get lost and confused… always trying to do “past life regretion” to fix past lives. It it just doesn’t work that way. It’s a new experience in THIS LIFE that won’t make any sense to a past life. But is an experience we must have to eventually RESOLVE the density from our Akash/DNA/living library. OR, it’s experienced magnetized from UNCONSCIOUS CHOICES made in this life. So it’s all about REALIZING and ACKNOWLEDING when ready that WE actually magnetized ALL our past traumas and painful expeyiruvrs in life TO IS and we can no longer be the victim to what WE UNCONSCIOUSLY CREATED

This is the part most don’t want to acknowledge and why so many are looping. Because what I’m sharing is DEEPER Ascension processes, that a massive collective are now just being pushed into. It’s night and day almost backwards to what traditional healing beliefs are and humans always want a quick fix, easier way or silver bullet. But that’s just not how true Ascension works, which is why I share it straight as I do. Because I see so many confused trying to use old ways that are only truly used in the awakening phases. Humanity has been conditioned deeply that everythijg is happening TO US not FOR US, and become or choosing the victim role is the most challenging thing to become BIGGER than. Nobody wants to let go of the victim role, it’s a commitment. So it’s all about opening up to NEW WAYS, NEW PROCESSES and diving deeper to ASCEND ourselves OUT of the limiting, lower manipulated 3/4D illusion off ego/separation.

Held and stored Emotions are usually the catalyst that binds is to repeating the victim loops and missing the bigger picture and acknowleding the Higher process. The emotions are literally stuck in the body as “auto pilot” REACTIONS that we NEVER pay attention to because the emotions are what we’ve been taught, conditioned and programmed to use as a shield to block ourselves from dealing with ourselves. That way we can always blame outside ourselves and never ever resolve the energy.

We can intentionally clear emotions by having a CONSCIOUS RELEASE as they come up, sometimes emotions will surface out of what seems like nowhere and sometimes they will have a story/memory attached, either way we have to GET THEM OUT OF OUR BODY, BREAK THE STORY and LOOK BEYOND THE NARRATIVE as emotions are part of the ego matrix, the emotions held from EVERY SINGLE EXPERIENCE we didn’t resolve in the moment from our ENTIRE LIVES are actually STORED/STUCK in our Energy Body as density, so they DO actually have to be CONSCIOUSLY RELEASED or we keep getting caught back up in them over and over until consciously cleared. I would shout into a pillow or just cry it all out, I’d rage/scream it out if necessary to really release the stuck energy from big traumatic memories. I also had tons of physical stuck energy that came with it too so I’d run it out, go to the gym to get it out, ride my bike for hours on trails to get it out, I’d chop and stack wood to move the energy out of me and sometimes shouting it out as I was doing all those things except at the gym of course, but I would grunt it out at the gym to move the energy if necessary. But doing with the purpose of release, not to just get caught up in it again if it surfaced, because the ego mind never ever wants to stop the loops, all it knows is separation and nothing else, it cannot evolve out of separation, it’s a program and that’s its directive.

The energy has to BE CLEARED From our energy bodies in some way for a full release, feel out what works best for you but the biggest thing I realized and learned was that it’s very powerful to start off as a conscious release but can quickly/easily SPIRAL OUT OF CONTROL into a massive VICTIM PARTY, where we have now allowed ourselves to be consumed by the energy of the “old story” AGAIN which is now not a release but more just getting caught up looping in the victim story again and holding the energy inside. This means there is still more attachment to the old story and that’s what now needs to be looked at and resolved. Then as we are able to FULLY RESOLVE all parts, cords, attachments that try to pull us back in and aren’t tempted anymore to fall back in or be the victim, we are now DISSOLVING it from our Energy Body and reality and rewriting our DNA.

intentionally clearing is the most POWERFUL CHOICE if we truly want to keep making BIG PROGRESS and always moving forward, otherwise at a point it all starts collapsing FOR US and what can “seem” like IN on us, looping endlessly and getting very uncomfortable until WE CHOOSE to start doing it ourselves, which can end up being another big victim loop in itself getting caught up in and fighting the collapses to hold the old in place. Yea, our ego wants us to hold the old in place so it’s about becoming bigger than the ego and working HARD to break free of its control.

Many are now being pushed deeper into their Ascension process which is the ego release/surrender phase and this will be the point that it all starts collapsing in on the person to push them into the processes deeper than EVER before or that anyone realized could even be real. Before this phase it could all be ignored without being pushed into a collapse and making it all happen. But there’s a point for everyone that their universe will step in and “force it all to begin” in a much deeper way, collapsing comfortable realities is the way it happens or usually the human will just keep on avoiding until the “cows come home” so to speak.

I guide everyone that I work with to Intentionally choose to clear, resolve, fully dissolve to really keep making big progress and do it the easier way, yet it’s up to each individual to put the time, energy, care and determination into it all and break through all the limits, fears, ego laziness, avoidance which becomes a 24/7 process and going ALL IN, or eventually it all begins collapsing for the person which is NEVER a fun process, it becomes like “taking candy from a baby that LOVES candy” is the best I can put it for a visual. The baby/human loosing everything it’s holding onto and freaking out and having a temper tantrum instead of working through it with ease and grace as it COULD BE…

Point being is there’s always an EASY WAY or a HARD WAY when it comes to Awakening/Ascension, the hard way is endless loops of massive trying to hold the old in place unwilling to shift out of the ego always fighting facing the bigger picture and higher process, and the other is a BEAUTIFUL and POWERFUL choice to be HUMBLED and simply acknowledge the unconsciousness WE CREATED for ourselves and truly begin Taking Responsibilty for what we “thought” all happened TO US as the victim. We’ve never been the victim because as I mentioned we’ve UNKNOWINGLY magnetized EVERY SINGLE experience into our Ives. But this is Earth School and We Chose to live in this earth reality with amnesia so we would eventually Awaken and ASCEND ourselves OUT of the separation WE Unknowingly Chose.

Which ever way you choose is the way it needed to be for you to come through. There’s no right or wrong with this, we create our journey through every single CONSCIOUS and UNconscious choice and diversion, we MAGNETIZE what we REQUIRE TO EXPERIENCE to truly see ourselves. We don’t at all have to choose the herd way, but if we aren’t being PRESENT/OBSERVING or TRULY CARE, we will be unknowingly CHOOSING the hard way and looping in our own darkness blaming everything outside ourselves like a screaming child not getting it’s way.

PRESENCE and OBSERVATION are the KEY to SEEING/FEELING EVERYTHING…

When we TRULY WANT TO SEE and FEEL the bigger more expanded picture WE WILL, most just don’t want to as they are in FEAR of facing what has been unconsciously created as I did OR just don’t want to see it again in fear of what they will see. Yet fear is just another ego program, it’s separation and NOT REAL, it’s just the mind playing tricks to keep us from dealing with ourselves because that’s all it knows… it will NEVER EVER guide us into our hearts, it wants nothing to do with the heart, that’s the point of Ascending OUT OF IT ALL where the ego control CEASES TO EXIST.

INTENTIONALLY CLEARING becomes the beginning of MASTERY as we are CONSCIOUSLY CHOOSING to RESOLVE/DISSOLVE/TAKE RESPONSIBILITY which then becomes ASCENDING OUR CONSCIOUSNESS, the more we do it PURPOSEFULLY and not being “FORCED” to through massive collapses, we begin to intentionally clear EVERYTHING in the moment because if we don’t it gets big and uncomfortable much faster then ever before.    

As I began to Master this in my reality I realized EVERY SINGLE SECOND is a POWERFUL OPPORTUNITY to INTENTIONALLY CHOOSE TO CLEAR our inner garden, density, traumas, stored emotions, ego programming, limiting beliefs, identities, conditioning, victim stories of everything happening to us.

EVERY SINGLE SECOND is a CHOICE to play in old ways, old patterns, old beliefs, it’s a CHOICE or FREE WILL to play in UNCONSCIOUSNESS or CONSCIOUSNESS, it’s a CHOICE to WORK ON OURSELVES or AVOID and IGNORE our journey and ALL the density, past traumas, victim stories, ego programming, conditioning, manipulation COMING UP ON REPEAT, endlessly LOOPING until WE take time and space to do it INTENTIONALLY OURSELVES.   

The Ascension processes are much deeper and more in depth than many realize, it’s not all fluffy and beautiful, it’s the complete and total dissolution of everything we’ve ever been taught and ever believed. It’s meant to rip us to the core of our being and it takes LOVE for all of it to eventually BREAK THROUGH it all.

WE ARE THE CHANGE WE ARE SEARCHING FOR, it all starts within and bringing ourselves back into PURITY by clearing out ALL the impurities, releasing and resolving the entire 3/4D illusion of separation held deep within us and what we used to believe was real, but was all a manipulated hot mess created to keep humanity asleep, separated and from Awakening and Ascending ourselves out of the illusion so we can REMEMBER our way home.

WE ARE THE KEY…!!
