The Rollercoaster ride of all Rollercoaster rides….🎢

How’s everyone doing out there…

WOW It’s a roller coaster ride of intensity to say the least, everything shifting and shaking daily now more than ever before and it’s affecting Everyone each in their own unique way, inside reality and outside reality.

The frequencies, energies are getting very intense for everyone and it’s becoming very noticeable these days as you can probably see and feel within yourself and those around you. Feeling many souls sitting in really heavy, tight, emotional, triggered energy that’s not really letting up or going away like it used to. Many going down, energy depleted, being pushed to the floor to rest and do some big clearing and integrating, much needed self time as most are to caught up in life, the everyday grind.. yet these frequencies don’t care about the “everyday grind” because it’s now a Mass Collective Shift that cannot be stopped, “full steam ahead” keeps replaying in my consciousness with visual of a train going full tilt.

Lots of Expanded, High Up Beautiful moments too in between for those doing the bigger inner work in deeper phases of their journey, but then right back into the inner intensity which shows itself in our outward reality too.

It’s a crazy rollercoaster ride that many are not used to which is why I’m sharing this is I am today.

I’m coming through a pretty massive transition myself that’s lasted almost 2 months. Soooooo deep, profound, uncomfortable, beautiful, expansive yet so very necessary in so many ways to clear out a bunch of old stagnant energy. I’ve gone through many phases like this over the years and journey but this one takes the cake, literally moving through every single organ, limb, blood, skin, bones, teeth, glands, muscles… everyday a new adventure to clear a different area of my body making way for all new to open up, today it’s my jaw muscles. WOW!!

Nobody is getting away from this massive transition point, it’s just impossible to put it off or ignore anymore. Biggest key to share is NOT to fight, avoid or push away the process or it just makes it all more squeezy and uncomfortable, as I’m sure some are starting to notice.

Wanted to share that these frequencies aren’t going to let up but rather keep pushing deep inside as part of the Collective Shift to reveal the stuck energy within everyone that needs to be worked on, resolved and cleared now more than ever, “no more avoiding, it just won’t work anymore” is what keeps coming through my consciousness to share. This includes past traumas, painful memories and experiences, deep stuck emotions, stories of guilt, judgement, lack, fear, victim mentalities and stories, shame of self and others and all the deep stuck energy held in the energybody, chakras, energy centres as Density.

Basically our entire UN resolved past is coming up piece by piece as each needs to experience it and this is all part of the further deeper Awakening process many are now being pushed into, everyone experiencing this all very uniquely as meant to.

Actually contrary to mainstream beliefs this is what a true Awakening process becomes. It’s not all meant to be skittles and rainbows, saying the words “love and light” and not all just happening for us in the sense we don’t have to do anything but let it all happen and just become better people doing bits of work on self but still putting more time into the unconscious 3D material world of convenience and feeding the unconsciousness rather than completely pulling away as we eventually must purposefully do to break free of the 3D illusion.

That’s all what I call a “mainstream facade” and not true at all from my journey and experience of coming through this all years ago….

Not saying this to make anyone feel bad or off about your own journey or judge yourselves or feel you’ve done something wrong at all, I don’t believe in “bad” or “wrong” as pertains to this wild journey, just sharing that there’s a MUCH BIGGER process, journey to be had and now the masses are getting pushed by their universe head first into it.

The old ways of feeling the need to fix and “heal others”... has now become “heal yourself FIRST” or it’s going to get more uncomfortable, everyone is being called to duty but our duty is to completely clear ourselves FIRST on a much HIGHER LEVEL than shared in most mainstream versions of Awakening/Ascension.

What is happening for us is these frequencies are pushing Deep within to show us all what we hold inside as unresolved, unconsciousness, separation, which is what all starts coming up intensely as we get pushed (forced for many) into the deeper Awakening phases.

The more we choose to see and feel it all from a much higher perspective and begin Taking Responsibility for our energy and our creations, which is a much different process than most “think” it is and not just words…The more we begin PURPOSEFULLY, day by day, working to resolve the separation, ego, density held within us, not just pushing it all away as we used to which is now impossible to keep doing.

Many getting pushed into later phases of awakening by their Universe because it’s time to do the bigger deeper more intense work on self. Yet the way this all works is absolutely backwards to how 3/4D “think and believe” it all works and thats why it becomes so intense and confusing for a while until the bigger more expansive picture opens up. I’m sharing from my own years long journey and experience, but now it’s a collective shift, so everyone is being pushed in like I was many years ago.

I’ll be sharing a more in depth post shortly that will open up a bigger process that many are now getting pushed into to help support and Activate a deeper understanding from within.

But for now just wanted to acknowledge and share the massive push for humanity that is now underway and only just getting started. It’s a big beautiful profound process and journey that takes many years past the point of Awakening as is meant to to truly resolve, release and clear all the programming, conditioning and indoctrination of all the 3/4D world, illusion where ALL information was and has been manipulated to stifle or slow down the human awakening process. Which is what eventually leads into and through the Ascension process where we actually Ascend our Consciousness and beyond.

Well, now we are at the part of all of our journeys that it just keeps going full tilt until each human decides and chooses to begin seeing and feeling all this from a much higher perspective, space within, leaving all the manipulation, indoctrination behind and using our HEARTS and INNER KNOWING, FEELING as our guides, but not our lower hearts as that’s a big hot mess of confusion in itself. This is when we have to start turning off what we “think” we know and start listening and feeling inside to how our body is showing us through discomfort or feels good inside what’s real and what’s not, many times not making any sense to what we’ve been taught or believe and that’s the fun part and a big part of the process.

Diving into and trusting the unknown is the new norm in these higher processes, which is a gift in itself to begin trusting from within and so much more.

Truly our body has always been showing us things through feeling but we’ve just not been listening, feeling or just flat out ignoring for the most part as life was in the way. Now it’s time to start allowing the inner feelings, knowings to start guiding the way through the manipulated old ways and beliefs, REMEMBERING we’ve got the answers inside of us. Just have to get past all the programming and mind games of 3D which is the ego.

It’s GO TIME for collective humanity and this is what many have been asking for for years through their Awakening just not understanding how it all truly is meant to be experienced and each of our true roll in it all being to resolve, clear, align ourselves first, which again is much different processes that being shared, done in 3/4D beliefs of how all works. That’s why at a point you, we realize that all the old processes just aren’t working anymore, which again is where the confusion and intensity come in for many.

I’ll keep sharing for those that resonate, sharing the bigger deeper process that I’ve been working through for many years now and ONLY sharing from my Experience, no regurgitation.

It’s a wild Awesome, Intense, Powerful, Rip you to the Core, Joyful, Expansive ride we planned for ourselves long long long long ago… deep down inside you will feel this light up your entire being and that’s what kept me going through it all, holding that DEEP FEELING of REMEMBERING and never letting it go.

So for now I’ll leave this hear and watch for more expansive shares to come where I will keep unlocking pieces that kept me looping in confusion until I realized there was a much deeper further journey to take to truly Awaken which leads into the Ascension process.

Take care of yourselves, honour the processes, watch what’s coming up repeatedly to get your attention, ask yourself inside through a meditative inward process to REMEMBER, connect with Gaia, bare feet on the ground, water, baths, play and most of all love yourself through the deepest darkest pieces.

Remembering this is all happening as is meant to. No accidents…, just the mind, ego that gets in the way making us feel it’s not meant to be like this.
