What is Density…..

Sharing a detailed understanding of the term “Density” as it’s talked about a lot but not many people actually know what it truly is, its purpose and how to resolve it, OR that it becomes the entire focal

Point of the Ascension journey which is why it can all feel so intense.

These Ultra Potent Frequencies are amping up and getting more intense daily now which is what is actually FUELING the Mass Collective Awakening of humanity, and they will keep on getting more intense as the days go on to keep pushing us all DEEPER and DEEPER and DEEEEEPER into our processes.

The frequencies I speak of all the time are of PURE DEVINE LIGHT, they are meant to blast through each of our fields to push up the DENSITY held in the body for us to resolve so we can become PURE DEVINE LIGHT AGAIN, Ascending ourselves BACK to our ORIGINAL STATE of FULL CONSCIOUSNESS.

The Density being all the UNresolved triggers, unconscious choices, traumas, painful memories, ego fragments, separation, victim stories, limiting beliefs, judgements, fear, shame, guilt, buried emotions, blame, stored anger, programming, conditioning…. held in the Energybody. And this density (which is unique to each of us) is why people UNknowingly get triggered and challenged all the time and don’t know why, it’s also why many peoples journeys are beginning to get much more intense as many are now being pushed by their Higher Self into their new and powerful Ascension journey.

Most feel that triggers or feeing triggered is coming externally from a person, conversation, exchange, place or memory. Yet the external is only a reflection showing us what  WE hold inside, because truly the trigger is OURS, it’s coming from OUR UNresolved DEnsity. I used to get so upset, angry mad, annoyed with others feeling it was the other person that was to blame. I’d always blame outside myself and never had a clue it was actually all MY OWN unresolved energetics that were magnetizing all these conversations, exchanges, interactions, experiences into my reality very much FOR ME so I could actually see, feel and resolve the dysfunctional energy within me and become Pure again.

It took me years and being slammed head first into my Ascension journey to catch onto why I was always acting as the victim to everyone else when I felt triggered and challenged inside all the time more and more. Yet I didn’t know at the time I was actually in my Ascension journey, I actually didn’t know what ascension truly meant at the time other than people saying “its this beautiful amazing unknown thing happening for us all, to be with it and we are all Ascending together to create a new world”….

Now many years later after coming through my own Ascension journey realizing it’s not just a beautiful fluffy ride in the least. It’s the most uncomfortable, expansive, triggered, profound and challenging journey a soul can take as we are now being pushed from the blissful Awakening phases into a very intentional MUCH DEEPER Intense and Challenging journey, now being fully guided by our Higher Self/Universe/Soul to Resolve and Take Responsibility for our ENTIRE LIFE of UNCONSCIOUSNESS which is all the Density we hold in our Energybody.

Density is the energetic weight/unconsciousness we accumulate through daily life, it’s created through every single unconscious thought, choice, action and beliefs we took on from the 3D illusion since birth. Density is also accumulated through experiences where we became the victim, judging, shaming and blaming others instead of looking at the bigger picture of WHY these experiences were happening FOR US the entire time. Meaning experiences/energy wasn’t consciously resolved in the moment, so it gets STORED in the ENERGYBODY as DENSITY…

Density is not physical weight, it’s energetic weight and we are all full of it until we intentionally choose to resolve it which begins in our powerful Ascension journey.

It took me a bit to realize that our ENTIRE world, reality, life, all information, words, systems, history had been fully manipulated and twisted to keep us all looping in an ego based reality endlessly and unknowingly CREATING density, built from and upon separation to block humans from awakening. I knew things were corrupt earlier in my journey, but I didn’t know our entire reality was fully and purposefully manipulated to keep us locked in an ego based reality to block us from Awakening until much later in my journey. Which is why it’s all so intense, because we aren’t just healing the past, we are literally dismantling and deprogramming from a fully and purposefully manipulated reality that we believed was real, AND resolving ALL of the density, karmic debt, ego, all separation from our physical body.

It is a big process but truly it just becomes a day by day process over the course of many years, where our Higher Self/Universe guides is into all kinds of interactions and experiences  with people and places so we can Observe the unresolved energy we hold inside ourselves. When we get to this part in the journey we are usually at a place that we are aware of ourselves so it now becomes a very powerful journey of becoming so ULTRA PRESENT that we are able to OBERVE and recognize in the moment, that we FEEL triggered energy forming inside. We then STOP ourselves from REACTING to the triggered energy and we ACKNOWLEDGE that WE hold unresolved density, we ask ourselves to see the source of the trigger (which will be from a past unresolved experience we buried) and we then Take Responsibility for the original past experience where we DID NOT resolve in the moment (because we’d never been taught to do this) and a story/emotion/trigger was formed.

Our triggered energy and interactions ALWAYS come from something not consciously resolved in the past, or from us just being angry and avoiding things in the moment. Humanity has been conditioned very well to avoid, blame judge EVERYONE and EVERYTHING but themselves almost NEVER taking responsibility in the moment, these days people choose to get triggered if the wind blows… we’ve also been conditioned to bottle everything up and not deal with things in the moment, which is how we BURY DENSITY inside of us.

So I know this can all be a new understanding for some as we’ve never been taught any of this, and as I mentioned our reality has been very manipulated to keep us from knowing all of this to keep us holding a TON of density which blocks us from moving forward in our Awakening/Ascension journeys. As the only way to truly keep moving through the Ascension process is to release density so we can take in more light. Density and Light are polar opposite frequencies. Ascension is us Ascending our Consciousness OUT of all the density we unknowingly created since incarnating in Earth School.

So if your wondering why your past traumas, painful memories,  keep surfacing and your feeling triggered and reacting more than ever, it’s because you’ve moved into new Ascension processes that require new tools and understanding (quantum mechanics) to now RESOLVE all the DENSITY unknowingly being held/stored in the Energybody. Which is why it’s called an Energybody, because it holds all the DENSE ENERGY in different areas of the body called chakras.

Some would and could call this karma but karma IS density, its trapped energy in the body all coming from unconscious choices we made in this life and others, being taught and conditioned how to live life backwards to how we are truly meant to live to thrive as a conscious species. We are UNKNOWINGLY taught to live a life of separation/ego which creates density so we don’t Awaken Ascend and become FULLY CONSCIOUS AGAIN.

So over years of being fully dedicated to a higher path and doing the deep deep inner work which is resolving the density, we eventually purify and clear our energybody out Activating the Lightbody. We can’t build a Lightbody when full of an entire life of density. And this is why I share that the frequencies are just going to keep getting stronger is because the FREQUENCIES are PURE LIGHT and they are meant to PUSH UP the DENSITY/DARKNESS that we don’t see or know exists within us.

Truly humans will avoid doing this deeper inner work like the plague, so the Universe is doing it for us by pushing through all these ultra potent frequencies knowing just how deep we all got caught in the 3D illusion.

It’s a super wild roller coaster ride of a journey, many are sinking in their own density feeling something’s  wrong and “why is this happening” or that we are meant to carry our past forward with us…. Yet it’s ALL meant to be fully resolved so we can Ascend as PURE DEVINE LIGHT, we just weren’t taught how to do it all or how it all works.

Those of us that have fully Ascended and EMBODY the processes through experience have already come through this part of the journey, now sharing back the Higher path, new processes/quantum mechanics as it has never been done before in human history as we are doing it now, the Ascension part of the journey wont be found in ancient texts, spiritual courses or workshops… the Higher journey is truly only found coded in our DNA and as we each dive head first into our process and keep resolving our density/unconsciousness, the DNA activates and we start receiving the guidance from within.

We planned it like this before we incarnated as we saw just how deeply the 3/4D reality would be manipulated, so we coded the Higher journey inside of us where it couldn’t be manipulated, and only Remembered/Activated through intentionally resolving the density. As each soul Ascends, integrates and  and Embodies the journey we each become a Wayshower/frequency holder/gatekeeper to share back the journey as experienced for all that are ready to come through.

So many people waiting for a “silver bullet”, “quick fix” or “hack” to get through the journey as they don’t want to face themselves and their past.., and I was one of them years ago, yet there isn’t a quick fix. I learned the hard way that we cannot avoid or have someone else resolve and take responsibility for our own unconsciousness and unconscious choices, it’s impossible. We chose to incarnate here in Earth School to REMEMBER OUR WAY HOME, not get stuck waiting for it all to happen for us like I did, until I realized it was all going to get more uncomfortable and intense until I truly took RESPONSIBILITY for it all.

We are the most POWERFUL BEINGS IN EXISTENCE that have chosen amnesia KNOWING we would POWERFULLY BREAK FREE when the time came, and that time is now. But we DO have to Take Responsibly for our ENTIRE LIFE and ALL LIVES of UNCONSCIOUSNESS, it’s the only way and truly WE PLANNED IT THIS WAY. It can sound like A LOT or that it’s too much or that we don’t want to see ourselves yet that’s just the ego trying to avid the entire reason we are alive here now. Our BIGGEST most POWERFUL PURPOSE being to ASCEND ourselves OUT of the manipulated 3D ego Illusion of separation…

This is why I always share that WE ARE THE KEY, because as we all keep diving deeper and resolving the density we all eventually Ascend out of the illusion and that’s how we CREATE a NEW WORLD, by each of us releasing the old manipulated and broken one from our body.

I’ll share more guidance on how to resolve the density from our bodies in other writings and videos. Just wanted to give a deeper understanding for those truly dedicated to their journey and process, feeling stuck and not knowing why the past keeps coming up on repeat.

Keep diving deeper and facing yourselves, waking straight into all that was once avoided, it’s the KEY to finding and living from pure bliss and peace within.
