Your emotions are keeping you STUCK in ego instead of EXPANDING/LIVING/CREATING through your HEART…

For most humans emotions seem like a normal everyday part of life, believing they are just a normal “spontaneous reaction” getting emotional (sad/mad/angry/upset/happy) all day everyday in response to anything that triggers/bothers/doesn’t go a persons way/doesn’t happen the way the person wanted/EXPECTED it to… then when something does go their way they get to use the emotion of “happy”.

Yay, a positive emotion out of all the negative ones… yet is it really a positive one or is it just another word to describe the appeasement of the ego…. Meaning the person is missing the point of WHY something is truly happening but IS very invested that something went their way which is a false sense of “happiness” because being truly happy in a conscious reality has nothing to do with “things going our way” which actually has nothing to do with TRUE happiness.

In a conscious reality I would never ever tell myself I’m “happy” because I’m ALWAYS in a state of CONNECTION/ALIGNMENT/AWARENESS/AWESOMENESS/TRUTH/PURITY/ONENESS, meaning I’m always HOLDING/ANCHORING/EMBODYING a constant state of LOVE and JOY for everything in my reality no matter what it is or how it presents itself. This is because I have released ALL my lower emotions/my ego and ALL ATTACHMENTS to the 3D manipulation matrix/life/reality, which IS THE EGO MATRIX as we ARE ALL MEANT TO DO naturally through our Awakening/Ascension process.

The thing about emotions that most do not realize or been guided know is that they are ALL a part of the Ego matrix. They are lower unconscious REACTIONS/CHOICES that a human took in/on as children through watching others becoming a LEARNED BEHAVIOUR/PROGRAM unknowingly being CONDITIONED into our reality through daily life (tv/movies/books/monkey see monkey do). Now the human reacting to anything and everything “spontaneously” with UNCHECKED “EMOTIONS” not realizing that emotions are actually a VERY UNCONSCIOUS LOW VIBE CHOICE, and when chosen or allowed to surface they are actually LOWERING the persons vibration/frequency, creating density in the energy body AND magnetizing VERY LOW energy/experiences back to themselves as well as creating a future CONSCIOUS GROWTH EXPERIENCE to be had.

To make it simple…

Choosing/Playing in emotions = Choosing/playing in ego

Did you know every time you CHOOSE an emotion you have actually CHOSEN your EGO to deal with something INSTEAD of your HEART. Meaning you’ve chosen to AVOID the HIGHER PATH and HIGHER UNDERSTANDING of WHY something was ACTUALLY HAPPENING FOR YOU in the first place because this is an ENERGETIC REALITY that INTERACTS/RESPONDS to our low vibe choices by MAGNETIZING us more EXPERIENCES of the same vibrations so we can SEE/FEEL we are making low choices from the ego.

Better yet, did you know that emotions are in NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM “spontaneous” as the current “dictionaries” would like to have us believe, but rather a very consciously UNCONSCIOUS choice that gives your power AWAY to the ego EVERY SINGLE TIME. The ego NEVER having a humans best interest at hand because all it knows is NEGATIVITY, it’s core functions/programming being shame/blame/guilt/fear/judgement/control/lack/separation/jealousy/anger/sad/mad/upset which keeps the human stuck loops of pain and suffering/hell on earth feeling it’s all a normal process.

This is because the ego IS THE 3D MATRIX, it IS the source of all low vibe decisions/choices/beliefs/actions/reactions taken in/on from the outside world/reality of manipulation.

Yes, the world we live in is a BIG MESS of manipulated information fed to us (humanity) all messed up/backwards VERY PURPOSEFULLY so we would stay/live OUT OF ALIGNMENT energetically on a SOUL LEVEL without ever knowing. Which in turn keeps the human UNKNOWINGLY low/lost/confused UNCONSCIOUS and SEPARATED blocking and slowing down their Natural Awakening Process constantly getting STUCK in the emotions/traumas/EGO instead of finding the HIGHER PATHWAYS/AWAKENING through the HEART, which ONLY OPENS UP/ACTIVATES through the CONSCIOUS RELEASE of the lower emotions/density/dysfunction stored in our energy body and taken in/on from the 3D outside world of manipulation.

Emotions being a HUGE piece of the confusing puzzle keeping humans ENDLESSLY playing in their ego UNKNOWINGLY creating/filling their Energy Body with dense dysfunctional energy, keeping themselves in separation and holding a low vibration feeling that emotions are just a normal part of life…

When they are actually the BIGGEST REASON a humans vibration is consistently and unknowingly low and why the humans always feels sad/upset/triggered/alone/mad/sad/angry.

Also important to share that “emotions” and all past experiences that emotions were present or still held as a past trauma/experience/memory are held and stored as DENSITY/DYSFUNCTIONAL ENERGY in the stomach/gut/solar plexus area of the Energy Body.

This is why so many humans have stomach trauma/issues/pain and suffering/dis-ease/discomfort/bloating etc…. because they are not being consciously guided to know/REMEMBER that we are QUANTUM ENERGY BEINGS.  Everything we say/feel/believe/do in this reality creating/magnetizing an energetic return based on the energy being put out. High vibe choices/beliefs magnetize high vibe experiences as low vibe choices/beliefs magnetize low vibe experiences. We each have/hold our own unique magnetic field, it’s only mission is to keep us and guide us to stay in alignment by having us experience/receive/FEEL the ENERGETIC WEIGHT OF OUR CHOICES so we always have the OPPORTUNITY to STAY IN HIGH VIBES. But if we were never taught any of this, how we would EVER KNOW this is how it all works….

So HOW WOULD humanity ever know this HIGHER TRUTH if they weren’t taught/told the true meaning. Next question being WHY would humanity be given a false version of what the ego/emotions really are and their TRUE PURPOSE/FUNCTION. Well, for the same reason we have been given ALL the INFORMATION of “life” backwards/manipulated… ALL for CONTROL and to BLOCK HUMANITY FROM their HIGHEST PURPOSE here in this Earth Reality being AWAKENING/ASCENDING OUT OF THE DEEP ILLUSION/EGO MATRIX/SLAVE REALITY or what most call LIFE/REALITY.

Our DNA being the KEY to UNLOCKING the INNER KNOWINGS, REAL TRUTHS not being given from the outside world. Our DNA HOLDING the ANSWERS/VISIONS/KNOWING/UNIVERSAL KNOWLEDGE/WISDOM that can/will and is meant to be UNLOCKED through the natural human Awakening process then REMEMBERING the TRUTH of LIFE from WITHIN OURSELVES, because we are actually VERY POWERFUL QUANTUM BEINGS that FORGOT our way over “time” and many lives. Our role is to LISTEN/FOLLOW our DEEP FEELINGS/INNER KNOWINGS/TRUTHS coming from WITHIN and ACT ON THEM by allowing ourselves to TRUST what we are seeing/feeling/hearing. Our Soul/Universe is trying to break through all the manipulation/lies/beliefs held within and guide us to REMEMBER that WE HOLD ALL THE REAL/PURE/TRUE ANSWERS INSIDE OF US, not the outside world as we’ve been conditioned/manipulated to believe….

The outside world IS THE MANIPULATION and your inside world IS YOUR TRUTH, but first we have to learn/remember how to listen/feel/TRUST what’s coming from WITHIN by RESOLVING/DISSOLVING all the manipulation that blocks us from our POWERFUL TRUTHS waiting to be REMEMBERED WITHIN.

Yet the emotions and the ego get in the way until we begin our Awakening process and start doing the daily inner work to see/feel/know/remember how this all works. It’s all part of the Awakening process CODED INTO ALL HUMANS DNA. Each having their own unique Awakening point in time and path as required to facilitate eaches unique journey/experiences required TO AWAKEN.

It’s not fun to realize we (humanity) have been manipulated at the highest levels to control our views/beliefs/information/truths/identities/morals and ultimately our LIVES, but it is happening as we can plainly see by looking at the outside world/life/reality without the blinders on. Most humans didn’t/don’t want to see/know so it just gets shut out and avoided which ALLOWS/HOLDS the manipulated reality/beliefs/identities in place with emotions being the anchor that binds a soul to keep experiencing the lower dimensions.

Our mission is to eventually RESOLVE/DISSOLVE/RELEASE ALL LOWER EMOTIONS from our existence NEVER to use them again. As we RELEASE the emotions from our reality we are releasing the control of the ego. Emotional releases/purges are very necessary to GETTING IT ALL OUT, yet it’s very important to see/feel/remember that’s it’s VERY EASY to slip into bring the victim while having emotional releases. Eventually you will be able to feel when you are having a release then all of the sudden your back into the “story” of the emotions now being victim to them INSTEAD of RELEASING. It can become a vicious loop as humans don’t realize how INVESTED they had become to being the victim or even know that they are choosing/being a victim in the first place. Not realizing that being emotional meaning CHOOSING TO BE EMOTIONAL is actually the choice to become the victim because we are choosing lower emotions instead of WANTING TO SEE/FEEL/KNOW the HIGHER PATHWAY/TRUE REASON it’s happening.

Imagine holding back/manipulating/twisting HUGE pieces of information/truths/knowledge/fundamentals of human life/understanding from ALL OF HUMANITY. One of the biggest ones being what the ego is and it’s purpose to keep us lost/unconscious/confused/upset/angry/mad/sad/EMOTIONAL missing the TRUE POINT of LIFE because the ego actually BLOCKS us from unlocking the hidden Knowledge beautifully/masterfully coded in ALL of our DNA. Then also telling the humans that DNA is nothing and has all kinds of junk in it, it can be used to see if you where at a crime scene/traits and replicate parts of your body, that’s it that’s all, nothing to see here..

Just these two simple acts alone would block/slow down humanity from AWAKENING/ASCENDING or even knowing what a TRUE Awakening/ASCENSION process even is. My HIGHEST TRUTH being the only reason we are truly alive here IS TO AWAKEN then ASCEND our Consciousness and Physical body BACK to our HIGHEST STATE of EMBODIMENT being QUANTUM UNIVERSAL CONSCIOUSNESS..!

That’s the entire reason for this Earth reality as I see/feel it..

Yet, when you have people throwing emotions all over the place being mad/sad/angry/upset with everything and anything that doesn’t go their way, you’ve now got an entire collective of humans playing endlessly in ego and consistently lowering their vibrations living in full on separation from one another which is the COMPLETE OPPOSITE to our naturally intended state of ONENESS..

Playing in/choosing emotions is ALWAYS THE EGO, the ego knows emotions are the easiest way to get a human lost in old stories/patterns/traumas shaming, blaming, guilting, judging itself and others which keeps us out of our hearts and blocks CREATING from our HEARTS. This is why it is of the upmost importance to put ALL ATTENTION to OBSERVING ourselves, EVERY WORD and EVERY THOUGHT and EVERY ACTION because the moment we aren’t paying attention our mind will lead us straight into the ego trap of GETTING EMOTIONAL which is a programmed way of being WE CREATED for ourselves, this is WHY we must put ALL our presence/focus/attention into our words/thoughts/choices OBSERVING EVERY SINGLE THING/PROGRAM GOING ON WITHIN US catching ourselves and STOPPING ourselves from “getting emotional” and playing in ego BEFORE we snowball into an Avalanche of emotions/negativity/shame/blame/judgement/guilt/separation/victim...

This becomes a daily practice of TRULY WANTING to catch ourselves and become FREE of all the pain and suffering that ultimately is born from choosing emotions INSTEAD of wanting to SEE/FEEL/KNOW the HIGHER PATHWAY and why something is truly happening in the EXACT moment FOR US, because EVERYTHING is ALWAYS happening FOR US EXACTLY AS IT SHOULD.

As we catch ourselves getting emotional we STOP OURSELVES in our tracks and we powerfully ask ourselves WHY….???

“WHY would I be mad/sad/angry/upset about something, which is the choice to AVOID the experience instead of CHOOSING to see/feel/know WHY it’s TRULY HAPPENING on a higher conscious level for MY conscious growth”…

YES, emotions are also the CONSCIOUSLY UNCONSCIOUS CHOICE TO AVOID LIFE, because NOTHING and I repeat NOTHING is an accident or happening by accident EVER, ACCIDENTS DO NOT EXIST as we’ve been conditioned to believe, it’s impossible. The word “accident” is a MASSIVE manipulation to keep humanity from EVER KNOWING that this is EARTH SCHOOL and that we are THE MOST POWERFUL BEINGS IN EXISTENCE that chose amnesia and dropped into this earth reality for the EARTH EXPERIENCE, we just have to CHOOSE to LISTEN/FEEL WITHIN so we can REMEMBER our way BACK HOME.

EMOTIONS ARE the BLOCK to living TRUE FREEDOM, TRUE FREEDOM being living a life where sad/mad/angry/EGO NO LONGER EXIST because you’ve CHOSEN to AWAKEN and RELEASE ALL DENSITY/DYSFUNCTION/EMOTIONS/TRAUMAS/EGO MATRIX through the daily choice to do the inner work eventually releasing/resolving/dissolving ALL of the manipulation that bound you to the lower 3D experience.

Then do your ABSOLUTE BEST to STOP PLAYING IN EMOTIONS and letting them dictate your reality binding you to endless 3D low vibe experiences. Draw a line in the sand and say “NO MORE”… making daily intentions to catch yourself until you are able to catch yourself through the POWERFUL action of PURE PRESENCE, which is also a daily choice/action to EMBODY.

The more you choose to TRULY WANT TO SEE/FEEL/KNOW, the more you WILL SEE/FEEL/KNOW which allows you to CREATE/EXPAND/LIVE from your HIGHEST MOST BEAUTIFUL/PURE WIDE OPEN HEARTS.
